About this apartment rental
In the heart of Paris in the historic Marais district, a beautiful 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms with a double bed in each), a large bathroom, a small kitchen and a living room. with a piano :) The apt is quiet and on the first floor with a view on a street with all the small shops, cafes, restaurants. Ideal location for visiting Paris and walking around one of the historic and lively districts of Paris. The apartment is comfortable and warm.

An excellent location and a nice view of the street from the living room. Caroline was very responsive and accommodating. We were a little surprised that the bathroom was off of the one of the bedrooms so to access it, the other couple had to arrange to go through our room. There was no toilet in this bathroom; the toilet was in the opposite corner of the apartment near the kitchen. That toilet had no wash up sink, so the kitchen was used for that. The kitchen was small, but very well stocked and functional with a full-size fridge.Two of the days we were there were during the heat wave and the apartment does not have air-conditioning. Two floor fans were provided. It is an additional fan would have been handy so we did not have to carry one back back-and-forth to the bedroom.On the last day we were there the ladies discovered a dress shop nina kendosa at 3 Rambuteau. Apparently it is very good quality and prices so a great place to park the ladies while the guys have a beer next-door.The entranceway from the street to the apartment was still under renovation when we were there, but they were painting so it should be done soon.

A relatively spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a separate living area and pleasant views from the first floor onto the street below. The bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom and there is a separate second toilet which opens off the entry area . There is a compact and functional kitchen separate from the living area . It is a quiet and secure apartment accessed via a broad staircase which has recently been repainted. An excellent location in the Marais area . Caroline is a helpfu and communicative host. We arrived late on the eve of the May Day holiday and Caroline had kindly left us some provisions for a meal with a bottle of red wine .

My only complaints are that the door to the main bedroom would not close and that the property is undergoing construction. Otherwise, everything was very nice. Cute apartment. Great location. Excellent communication with the owner.

Was not very impressed at arrival. Could be cleaner for sure in Kitchen. 1st floor up which was great and not many stairs to get to flat. Have stayed at better places in Paris. Great location though!!
