This was a great place to stay, comfortable and convenient area. I was worried when I saw graffiti everywhere but apparently all of Paris is covered in graffiti. I felt very safe walking around even at night. The apartment was clean except for the shower drain. It didn’t drain well at all until I pulled a bunch of hair and gunk out of the drain and then it worked fine. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of hot water for a family of 4. Only one person could take a short shower at night and one in the morning. Even after waiting a couple hours, there was not any hot water for a 2nd person to take a shower. The washer and dryer both worked great as long as you don’t try to run them at the same time which caused the breaker to trip. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed. The beds were larger than I expected, probably queen size. But for 2 adult parents with 2 college-age children, I wouldn’t say it sleeps 4. I ordered an air mattress ahead of time from Amazon France and picked it up when we got there (delivered to nearby post office) so that my son and daughter would each have their own bed. The up and down stairs got old really fast for my husband and me, especially with his bad knees and hip. Everytime you need to use the toilet you have to go up narrow spiral steps, even more if you start in the bedroom. Also, there was a short staircase to the kitchen. Person who met us was friendly and communicated well.

I would recommend this location! Our family of 4 (including 2 children) stayed here and there was lots of room for us. Lots of storage space in the bedroom. There are multiple flights of stairs within the apartment (one to get to the bathroom) that would be hard on older people or young children though. But it was fine, the kids thought the stairs were fun. It is a very quiet location, which we appreciated at night! Nice, spacious kitchen, you can cook meals there and have lots of room for food in the fridge. The washing machine and drier were nice to have. It’s in a good location that is central to a lot of places and within walking distance to a metro stop. It’s an older apartment, so a few things could be updated and look newer. But overall, it’s a good spot. Also, check-in was exceptional! Romaine was nice, courteous, and on-time. He met us outside and went over everything in the apartment and how to use things, gave us a bag with soap, dish detergent, etc. We had trouble figuring out the door later on our first day, and I messaged him and he came immediately to help us. He was a great part of this apartment.

This property was in a good location. Close to the metro, restaurants, and shopping. The building was relatively quiet. The apartment fit the needs of my family of four and had everything we needed. Full kitchen did not have an oven though, which was a surprise but we managed fine. The apartment was clean but a little worn. There was excellent communication for check in, especially given we missed our flight and were late by a day. The owner was very responsive to messages and polite. Would stay here again.

Usually I rely on reviews but this wasn't as ‘wonderful’ as stated. It is in a great location, however that is the best thing about it. The sofa bed wasn’t made up for us as requested, and was uncomfortable. The apartment was basic and a bit uncared for, with peeling paint, mould and scum in the shower, a broken dining chair, loose bedside ledges. It smelled damp and wasn’t very clean. The tap in the toilet was loose, the shower dripped constantly and the shower head was broken. The toilet was hard to get to in the night safely and there was no bin there or place for a towel hang or put toilet roll. There’s no oven either, although we did know this beforehand. I was expecting quiet but there was a constant noise from the air vent in the bedroom. There was also construction work going on when we stayed and builders started work at 7am pulling down scaffolding and banging. This wasn’t relayed to us at the start of our stay or taken into account by the hosts. It didn’t feel very welcoming either. I don’t think this place is worth the money - it feels like the hosts are just relying on location for charging so much and not providing value for what is expected. I know it’s Vrbo policy but I didn’t like having to pay extra for arriving after 9pm and pay a large deposit on top of the cost of accommodation on arrival. I won’t use this company again. It was disappointing to arrive here after looking forward to our daughter’s first trip to Paris, which was otherwise wonderful.
