Appartement très photogénique...mais décevant.

Appartement assez spacieux

immeuble extrêmement bruyant. Des personnes font la fête tous les soirs dans l'immeuble sans aucune discrétion. Douche très sale: moisissures noires sur tous les joints que j'ai dû demander de faire nettoyer à la javel et la brosse...et au miracle c'est parti...comme quoi il suffisait de frotter vraiment. Appartement qui n'avait pas été chauffé depuis des jours...résultat 12 degrés dans l'appart en arrivant le soir. Ces deux derniers points en disent long sur le relâchement de la conciergerie qui gère l'appartement. L'appartement n'a rien de "cosy"
