I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was the only good thing about this property.

The room was dirty. There were dead roaches right behind the door to the room. Looked like it didn’t even get checked by the cleaning people. Hair was in the shower and bathroom sink. The towels were not the cleanest. The water pressure was terrible. It took almost 2 minutes for the water to start coming out. Whoever is the owner or manager or partner of this hotel, needs to really check in on it. This is a terrible place to stay. It would be a waste of your money to travel and spend money on a facility like this.

The front desk clerk had a poor attitude and we never got to stay here because the pet friendly poli

We arrived at 5 minutes to check in and the lady told me I had to wait 5 minutes so I did that and came back and she told me I had one minute left. She then informs me that although this is a pet friendly facility that does not include my pet bird and told me I had to take up my reservation cancellation fee with booking.com.

Disappointing

There was no staff member at the desk when I arrived. The person who was supposed to be working hadn’t shown up for their shift, no one was there to answer any of the properties phone lines. The only reason I was able to get into my room was because a more corporate staff person was in town and they came downstairs and heard what was happening. I had probably waited 45 minutes with the hope that someone would show up so I could check in. Then once in my room the next door occupants were playing loud music at 2am and then again the the morning.

Pésimo. No lo recomiendo.

Estudio con cocina.

Reservamos por dos semanas. Llegamos un miércoles y nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar cada semana aparte, volver el miércoles siguiente a cualquier hora y pagar la otra semana. Resulta que pago el miércoles por la mañana y a eso de las 23.00 de la noche llaman para ir a recepción y me dicen que hay un cobro pendiente de 30 dólares, no dijeron nada más y pensé que era por utilidades y cuando salimos nos enteramos que era porque pagamos tarde el miércoles, cosa que no entendí ya que nuestra reserva iba para dos semanas. El de personal me dijo que ya no realizaban ese tipo de cobros pero que la chica que me cobró era muy inflexible e indispuesta a ayudar. Por cosas de última hora decidimos quedarnos tres días más, me cobraron a 122 la noche y una noche demás. La cuenta me salió en casi 500 dólares por 3 días. Súper caro!! Eso en cuanto al personal. Sobre las instalaciones, el pasillo olía a marijuana ya sea de noche o de día. Ofrecían servicios de limpieza una vez a la semana (supuestamente) pero nunca pasaron a limpiar, no cambian sábanas ni ofrecen repuesto de toallas. Las tuvimos que lavar nosotros mismos. Tienes la opción de ir a recepción a pedirlas, pero las toallas que dan tampoco es que sean muy limpias, las que habían estaban llenas de pelo. El baño no estaba muy limpio. Hay que tener en cuenta si queréis reservar que es un hotel infestado de cucarachas. Se metían en los platos, había por todos sitios. Fumigaron la habitación con nosotros dentro, con la excusa de que iban a controlar el gas. No volvería a reservar jamás!!!

Okay but needs improvement

I liked the layout of the room, easy parking and access to room (small property), nice view from room, friendly staff, workout room was basic but met my needs and it was clean, located in a nice area of town

I requested a room on an upper floor in a quiet area. They gave me 2nd floor, room right across from the elevator. I walked in and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Front desk assigned me a new room. They gave me the one right next to the first one. While it didn't smell like smoke, my room wasn't cleaned well. There were crumbs and other debris on the floor, a clump of hair on the shower door bar, window curtain was broken at the top, shade curtain was stained and torn, couch had stains on it, vanity shelf in bathroom was rusty, Very uncomfortable bed.

Maid service entered the room after we said no thank you! Did not speak English at all she didn’t understand anything we were saying when we were explaining to her to come back later, people in the office answering the phone hung up on me when i asked for another blanket and towel! Very very rude sounding male employee. and a cockroach was crawling around the bed.

Terrible….thankfully we only were there for one night

Really run down property. Entered room and found dead cockroach on table. Room had alot of damage. Shower head wasn’t mounted. Had to hold the wand in order to shower. Ridiculous

Very upset about the roaches

They had a refrigerator and stove for me to store my food and cook

They had roaches and didn’t tell me anything about it until I found out, and some of the towel racks was just falling off, not all the way mount it down

Great value. Great front desk staff.

Everything. Except the room wasn't exactly clean to my standards.. however my standards are very high.

They don't have a luggage cart. Bringing so your stuff in can be difficult.. and not enough lighting in the rooms..

Terrible will NEVER stay again the Only good part was the staff!

Close to my travel assignment

It had Roaches! No kitchenwares how do you have have a kitchenette with NO kitchenwares! There was screaming baby in the room next door that would cry every am at 3a-about 6a It was sooo terrible I even checked out early. I checked out on a Sunday & my check out day was Tuesday. I’m gonna file a dispute with my bank!!

was ok for being in a pinch, wouldn’t ever be my first choice, won’t return

location, storage space, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice gym

ROACHES and other bugs always popping up in room, no bath tub, no way to open window for fresh air so very stuffy, very dirty and outdated hallways, allows dogs but not cats, tv was blue, very loud people stay there, expensive, housekeeping never came to our room yet the did “preventatives” after a month of staying with them without warning on a day that wasn’t even housekeeping day and asked me to leave because of my cat that made no damage in the room and helped prevent pests even after bug bombing - which made the bugs actually come out more, broken side entry door was always left open - found snake in the hallway, elevator was questionable shaking heavily randomly

False advertisement!

I came for vacation and I honestly wasn’t satisfied with the room at all. I checked into the room and checked out in the same hour. The room was not what I expected and there was so many people running in and out of the hotel I felt unsafe with my little ones. The hotel rooms do not look like that in person. I’m just happy that I received my money back.

It was sufficient for what we needed

It was easy to book last minutes as we were in a real bind when we booked. And since we needed 2 weeks, it was nice to have the amenities to cook and store our food, & that also saved us money. Grateful our dogs were allowed

-Beds and pillows were not comfortable - Housekeeping never came during our stay, so we never got new sheets and I️ had to go to the desk for towels - Slight smoking smell in the hallway

Decent price, not good for families, need more cleaning and staff.

Location was good, close to stores and within minutes to mall and freeway. Free parking.

Room was NOT READY until 5 pm. Room was NEVER cleaned during my 7 day stay EVEN WHEN I ASKED. There was smell of Marijuana EVERYDAY inside hotel and outside on parking lot. I was left without a TV for a whole day, I had kids with me, so this is what bothered and inconvenience me the most. They had no thrash service, you had to take out yourself, not having clean towels and sheets really made us uncomfortable 😐. Was told they would clean and provide that stuff on my fourth day of stay but never happened, no explanation given. Would not recommend to anyone else to stay there 😕.

for a short stay an if you have a limited budget I guess this can be an option

location is great

the room was dirty. no sheets . my weekly service was canceled . People are smoking weed in the facilities all day / night long even though the property says that smoking is not allowed within 100 ft . Elevator smells terrible .

Great hotel for the price. Outstanding location.

Great value, very clean and modern room. Bathroom beyond expectations. Perfect location. Will use this facility again when in the area for business and or pleasure.

Checked in 19 Sept, reported television problems to front desk staff and checked out 22 Sept and during that period no one came to inquire about my complaint. If this issue had been resolved I would give this facility a perfect score. In the future please follow up on quest complaints in a timely manner.

I had a roof over my head.

The fact that I stayed there for a month and could only get my room cleaned twice. It was supposed to be every week. That I got dirty sheets with fleas on them, then was told that I couldn't have more sheets "cause they didnt have enough"
