The only good thing about this place was that Jenny was friendly and she allowed us to check in two hours early. We chose a two bed room with four occupants, but they only supplied us with two towels and we had to purchase more if my kids wanted to shower.
She did give us two more like she was doing us a favor. There was a full kitchen, but no appliances to use the kitchen, not even a coffee pot.
We were expecting a grab and go breakfast but they don't do that anymore.
The hotel wreaked of marijuana and air freshener. They're in the process of converting the hotel rooms into an apartment.
There's no bbq grill or picnic area like the website shows.
We're never staying there again. I rather sleep in my car. 10/10 do not recommend.

It was more of a place where people live than stay for a night. It was very clean and the desk staff was very friendly. They do not keep soap in the rooms, but will give it to you when you ask. Not bad at all for the price.

I was disappointed that there were no clean towels or wash clothes available after our first night. I've never heard of a hotel that didn't have clean linen available. The staff was great but the linen for me was inexcusable

The room had an overwhelming cleaner smell. I had to sleep with the window open. Light fixtures were dirty. Bathroom floor had pubic hair. No shampoo or conditioner. No breakfast or coffee like advertised when booked. Bed was clean. Over priced.

They charged me extra 250 said i was smoking, i dont smoke the room had a bad order,the hall way smelled of wet dog and weed. Had to find the front desk ppl they were outside smoking. Couldn't use the fridge. It smelled so bad. Will not be back

Which is that crawl around and the outside of your building is pretty rough. It looks pretty sad. When you come to this hotel and the windows are dirty. You don’t have a nice machine. My mom broke her leg, so there was no access to a large quantity of ice, which is crazy that you don’t have one even for emergencies.

The place reeked of weed. Our checkin person was not welcoming. The free breakfast was a joke. The room was not a clean space. We stayed 3 of 9 nights and went to a nearby hotel where we felt safer.

We pulled up and looked at the building and knew it wasn't going to be all that inside. The hallways smelled funny and no i don't mean weed or drugs. The room looked ok but bathroom floor looked like was something resembling lotion or male bodily fluids between the sink and toilet.

The hotel was safe, clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Although clean, the Decore was in need of an update, there was no daily maid service or change of linen and you had to take out your own trash. We were fine with that to get the best price in the area. I was disappointed that the hotel advertise breakfast included and what was there really wasn't breakfast. Coffee, mini muffins and instant oatmeal might be a weak Continental breakfast, but certainly isn't a breakfast.

Horrible. Disgusting dirty rooms. No care given at front desk. Drug deals all night. Roaches, black mold, rust. Stinks. This place needs to be shut down

This was my first stay at an “extended stay” and I won’t stay again. If you accept one night stays rather than weekly stays you need to supply the basics. No ice available, no in room coffee pot, only one desk chair. No drinking glasses, no hair dryer, no lobby seats. Pathetic breakfast option.

This property was filthy, the floors were always sticky, stains everywhere, deteriorated trim and broken toilet and shower. The staff was wonderful, but the first thing we noticed when getting out of our car was a strong smell of marajuana outside and in the building.

For me when it says BREAKFAST INCLUDED, you are expecting a breakfast. Not a coffee machine and muffins to go. It was really smelly all the rooms, in the front desk, and dirty as well. Old furniture, carpets, and lights. Not recommended at all, not even for the price...

We had to go to Moffitt for a cancer evaluation and chose this property. When I entered the room, the toilet was running meaning the maid didn't bother to check that before she finished the room (could have been DAYS). Then the shower curtain bar was installed BACKWARDS which hung half way into the shower. Amenities sucked, WAY over-priced (but not surprising) vending machines...NO ice machine (cause refridgerators in the room). paper thin walls, next room woke me up at 5am. Worst breakfast. bad coffee and skimpy packaged muffins...ugh! BUT,,staff was sweet, the best part of the stay! I asked for a refund or compensation and was laughed at cause I booked through Expedia and not directly. Cancer patients/family looking for a stay close to Moffitt should avoid this place!

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While there were some positive aspects, such as the convenient location and not that friendly staff, the dirty condition of our room was a major letdown.
Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed the presence of mold and dust on the air duct. This not only made the environment feel unclean but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the room. It was disheartening to see such neglect in maintaining cleanliness standards.
These issues greatly impacted our stay, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied throughout. It's crucial for a hotel to prioritize the wellbeing and satisfaction of its guests, and unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit.
In hindsight, I wish I had addressed these concerns with the management or staff during our stay. Their response or attempts to rectify the situation would have been valuable insights to include in this review. Nevertheless, it's important for others to be aware of the cleanliness issues we encountered.
Moving forward, I would suggest that the hotel focuses on regular maintenance and improving their cleanliness standards. This would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Desk clerk was very short, not friendly. Clerk on check out in the morning hardly said a word, and the few she did say were basically inaudible. No cups in the bathroom, plastic or otherwise, so I had to take my pills by cupping my hands. People upstairs were running back and forth most of the night, and we could hear them pounding on the floor. Just not a good experience.

This a dirty hotel do not waste your money. The towels are dirty. The room was not clean cause there was a panty behind one of the nightstand. The shower drain is partially clogged and sink is dirty. The phone on the nightstand has no cord. The soap…omg! is like chalk. There are wholes on the wall of the shower. They want you to pay a fee to upgrade your WIFI if you want to stream TV in your room.

It was the worst experience, I arrived and checked. Went to the room and immediately it was an odd odor in the room like they were using old mops to clean. I left the room because I had an engagement to attend, when I returned and checked the bed it was still crumbs in the bed and under the sheets. The sheets look d like they weren’t changed from the guest before me. I informed the front desk and was moved from room 331 to 329, I go in the room and was told that there was no house keeping so I was put into a room with no blankets, towels, soap, it was horrible

There were roaches soon as we turned on the light. Our sheets were damp. You would have a better experience in a porta potty than the bathroom in the hotel. 3 pillows for two people sleeping in the same bed. No pillow covers. The draws in the kitchen has dried nasty caked on food. I almost complained but…I came from boca. I was to exhausted to try ti get someone at the front desk. Quick question if y’all say y’all checked the room. Then why was it so dirty and the sheets wet. Disgusting
