I booked female room only, they were comfortable and spacious with lockers outside the room.
The staff were really friendly and they provided towels
The air con worked well and there was a fan inside the bed cubicle which made it feel fresh.
There are different areas to sit down and meet people or work on your own stuff which is nice.
There were washing and drying machines provided with no need to bring your own detergent.
The staff were nice and gave me a souvenir when I checked out.
I disliked that if you check out before 6am, you have to leave your keys the night before with the staff. This caused me issues as I gave them the keys the night before, but I was washing clothes (the washing machine is outside the building), and I couldn't get in as the staff was also gone (this was after 10-11pm). I stayed outside for about 30 minutes until a random guest came in.
I would suggest to have a box in reception to place the keys once there is a check out. That way these accidents won't happen.

After reading several reviews about the staff, I was a little worried about what kind of welcome we would get. In reality, my experience was much better. The gentleman at reception was very pleasant and helpful, and overall I did not experience the negative behaviour mentioned in some previous reviews.
The room was basic but spacious enough, with enough room to open two suitcases comfortably. The accommodation is clearly aimed at less demanding travellers, but for the price it does its job.
The Wi-Fi and basic facilities were sufficient, and breakfast, although simple, was enough to start the day.
Overall, the price-quality ratio is fair. If you are looking for simple accommodation at a reasonable price and don’t expect luxury, this is a perfectly acceptable option.
The mattress and pillows were rather firm, and the bathroom was quite small and not in perfect condition, although everything was functional.
The biggest downside was the heat inside the building. The air-conditioning in the room is switched off during the day, and there is no air-conditioning in the hallway or main lobby. It gets very hot — you take a shower, walk into the corridor, and almost immediately feel sweaty again. 😄
The female staff could also smile a little more, although I personally did not have any serious problems with them.
Breakfast is very basic, so don’t expect much variety.
