Location was great, easy to walk all over the old town. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. Wifi worked great even on the 3rd floor. The room was comfortable, no windows so it is easy to sleep in!
The pool was nice but the tiles next to the pool get SO hot in the day they burn your feet! Some mats or something would be helpful to be able to use the pool without fear of hurting yourself.

its in the center of phuket town and really close to the night market and many cool restaurants!! liked the pool area and the lounge area. much space everywhere. friendly staff also. towels get changed every day. mostly clean. really good price!!
the bathroom (showers) could have been a little cleaner. (higher level criticism)

I liked that the cleaners provided fresh bottled water daily, and new towels
The pool was nice
There was washing machines right by the place
I saw bugs in my bed the last day I was staying there and now a few days later marks are showing up on my body. I believe the bugs I saw were bed bugs and this should really be checked.
