From the moment you walk through the front door you will find yourself surrounded by the warm, inviting textures of the wood beams & walls, gorgeous wood floors, 2 amazing stone fireplaces, hand-forged wrought iron rails and artisan craftsmanship throughout! Lake views from every room along with casually elegant decor and high quality, comfortable furnishings make this property a luxurious getaway! Though once here you may not want to leave, it's conveniently located just 10-15 minutes to shopping, restaurants and about 5 minutes to 3 of the almost 200 wineries in the area. Perfect for couples, families and friends, this 3300 square foot house has 3 bedrooms, 3 adjoining full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 6 maximum. In front of the wood-burning fireplace, around the outdoor fire pit, tucked in a cozy alcove, catching rays out on the lake deck, or sitting around the table on the 30 foot inside porch, there is ample living space indoors and outside to gather and plenty of space for everyone to find their own relaxing spot too. All bedrooms have french doors that open to their own deck area & chairs with cushions; perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee! Features of the house include: Inside: • Charming but roomy kitchen is completely outfitted and has a large farm sink, granite counters & under-counter stools for grabbing a quick bite. The butler's pantry; complete with extra fridge, large sink and granite counter-top works perfectly as a wet bar for entertaining! • Kitchen is stocked with service for 12, both indoor and outdoor dishes, as well as plenty of beverage glasses & coffee mugs. Keurig 2.0 K-Cup coffee maker, Breville toaster oven, microwave are there for you to use. With a 6 burner, stainless steel commercial stove and plenty of pots and pans for if you feel like cooking! • Large family room has queen size sleeper sofa, new HD 55" SMART TV and "Extraordinaire" gas fireplace. 9 foot french door leads to deck. * 30 foot inside porch is perched on the lake! It has a a daybed for catching a nap, 2 seating areas for enjoying a glass of wine or reading a good book and a dining table where you can gather and gaze at the spectacular sunsets over the water as you eat. • Enormous master bedroom & en suite bath with vaulted ceilings and private deck overlooking the lake. • The house comes with cable access and 6 LCD TV's (one in each bedroom) and Bose stereos throughout. • Central AC, Washer Dryer & Dryer , Dishwasher & High Speed Internet Access • All-natural Citra Solv products! Outdoors • There is also an expansive wrap-around deck: on one side there is a large high-top dining table & 8 chairs as well as comfy seating around a gas fire pit in the 30 x 15 ft area and on the other side there is a 12x15 ft area with more seating. • Our private beach area has Adirondack chairs and at the end of our 100 foot dock there’s another large seating area to hang out on. • There are speakers on the decks and all the way out to the dock that you can connect to by WiFi/Bluetooth, so you can enjoy music just about anywhere. • Flanked only by boat houses on both sides, our 145 feet of lakefront offers wonderful privacy, as well as water access for swimming and water sports! Note: There are ONLY 3 OUTSIDE security camaras. Located on 2 back corners (Northside and Southside) and one in front. These CAN NOT record Audio in anyway. They are only used for security purposes when there is no one at the house.

We loved staying at Steve and Melissa’s beautiful home. It sums it up when your daughter says…”I’m going to be sad to leave here!”. The attention to detail in all aspects of their home was incredible….softs sheets/blankets, well stocked kitchen, blankets for snuggling on the dock, use of the kayaks, puzzles and games for family use, and the best view to just sit back and relax. Steve and Melissa were very attentive and provided us with recommendations for restaurants, wine tasting, hiking and more! Their home is place of relaxation, peace and allows your to enjoy beautiful Seneca Lake. We found our happy place!

You could not ask for better host than Steve and Melissa. They put a lot of effort into making our stay at their home as good as it could be. Communication with them prior to and during our stay was great. They provided plenty of great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and wineries and breweries to visit in the area.
The house sits right on the water and has plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the great views. Inside the house is beautiful as you can see in the pictures. I really liked the live edge wood trim which is everywhere in the house.
The home is also stocked with just about anything that you would need for your visit. They provided coffee, tea and even made sure my wife's favorite creamer was in the fridge when we arrived.
We would definitely stay at this property again next time we are in the area. Thanks again Steve and Melissa!

The hosts were fantastic. Super helpful, well-stocked coffee & tea selection, reasonable staples for food prep, and they even made sure fresh milk was in the fridge! The home is well appointed with all the amenities needed for a very relaxing stay. Zero issues, and all 6 of us were thrilled with how well everything worked out. The location is fantastic, near wineries, breweries, and all that Geneva and the Finger Lakes region has to offer. We plan to stay here again next year!

Great location not far from multiple super nice bike trails near Sampson State Park, Cuyuga-Seneca Canal trail; Keuka Outlet trail and Black Diamond Trails not far. Great hiking at Watkin’s Glen. The house is truly amazing and is as pictured. The kitchen is well-equipped and stocked. Beautiful sunsets on the lake and great kayaking. The owners are super nice and responsive to all queries. It was a lovely place to spend time with family.

We just enjoyed our third visit to this beautiful lake house! Melissa and Steve are amazing hosts offering delicious treats, numerous coffee and tea blends and a home that has all the comforts one could hope for. Heaven on Earth
This was our third time and definitely not our last. The house has it all - great bedrooms and bathrooms, a place to work if needed. The outside space is amazing. The sunsets are spectacular! Between the kitchen and the barbecues it’s a chefs delight! I could go on and on… Steve and Melissa are the best of the best hosts!

This home is special. It's situated perfectly at the water's edge, giving it a calming effect from every spot. You'll find yourself enjoying each nook and gathering space in a different way. It's well-stocked and well-maintained, with sprinkles of "surprise & delight" from the owners. The location is ideal being near Geneva, wineries, parks, and safe walking/biking streets.

This is our second time staying at this property. It was the perfect place for a family vacation with our adult children. The house has everything you need, including kayaks. We spent every single day out on the lake and enjoyed sunsets every evening on the dock. Can't wait to go back.

Our family enjoyed this lake house so much that this was our second visit. The house is well stocked with all the daily living needs one could need. Seating is comfortable, plentiful and as varied for use as anyone would need (sun set, dining inside and outside, at the dock, at the fire pit). Appliances, TV, internet, and security are all state of the art and all function well. Kayaks are available for use by guests as well as wood for the fire pit. Wine tasting opportunities are many: Steve and Melissa are always willing to help with recommendations for local restaurants and wineries. It is a great place to gather with as many or more amenities than one might find at home.

Sunsets Galore!
Steve & Melissa were very easy to contact about any issues (not that we had any!)! We had several communications prior to our visit and communicated via text once we were checked in. They generously shared everything they have with us, kayaks, floats, games and puzzles.
The property is exactly like it is in the pictures. The outdoor area is delightful to chill in the mornings/afternoons/evenings. Beautiful sunsets EVERY.SINGLE.NIGHT!
This house has everything and then some! Good quality pots & pans (for those that cook), plenty of spices, cooking oils and utensils. The kitchen has an upscale microwave and toaster oven (take a few minutes to learn how to use them, you will love them).
The surround sound is great, in the family room. The speakers wired outside and on the dock are amazing for afternoon sunbathing and sunsets! For an average user, figuring out the speaker system, may be a bit too complicated, even with instructions. We had a "tech" person with us and he found the instructions a bit confusing, but was able to get it working.
Overall, we loved our stay here and would book this house again!

We escaped the city for the weekend with friends, and this place was the perfect property. Right on the lake, the whole house was recently updated with amazing finishes. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating.

What a wonderful stay. Everything is done for you by these generous homeowners who we were lucky enough to find in the land of VRBO. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Seneca Lake ~ including well timed snowflakes while visiting the Seneca Falls Bridge which inspired It's a Wonderful life! The water views, the chef's kitchen, and the beautiful music available in each room worked to create a memorable post Covid ~Christmas vacation! Our favorite space was the new family room w/ a warm gas stove complete with the sound of waves lapping under the deck. for reading and watching movies. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the entire cabin was warm despite pretty brisk upstate New York temps!Looking out at the stars on the Master bedroom deck each night was surreal. I have also never experienced a cleaner space in all ways- it was immaculate which just made it that much more comfortable! The Finger Lakes are a beautiful area to visit no matter the season and the location is a quick trip to Taughannock Falls which were stunning in the winter..Thank you Steve and Mellissa for your hospitality~ What a gem! We look forward to visiting again.

Splendid Seneca Lake Retreat
The house is terrific. Gorgeous décor. We especially loved the Autumnal touches throughout the house and outside. The hosts also provided such thoughtful treats for us! We felt well taken care of. The views of the lake were stunning. We can't wait to come back again next year in the summer. It was a first-class vacation experience.

Relaxing Getaway
Steve and Melissa made my family and I feel right at home by providing wonderful extra touches and amenities in their lovely home. The property was extremely clean and tidy while still feeling very homey and comfortable. We traveled with our 2 adult children, their significant others and our grandson. The set-up worked out very well for us and one of our favorite spots was the deck outside the family room with the super comfortable seating that accommodated all of us and the sunsetter to keep us shaded while taking in the beautiful view. I am recovering from cancer treatment and we need to be very careful regarding the pandemic and our hosts ensured we had a safe environment to stay in. There were some lovely hiking trails, breweries and wineries right in the area which were also working hard to ensure the safety of their staff and customers. We took advantage of the Kayaks, games, and other amenities and spent lots of time on the dock as well! We definitely recommend this lovely home and location and hope to get back again soon.

Wonderful rental and stay!
Just visited the Finger Lakes for the first time with my husband and three kids and we had a wonderful stay!
The house is absolutely beautiful and the owners, Steve and Melissa, went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Upon arrival, there was coffee, games for the kids, milk in the fridge and chocolate and candy. We've done many beach rentals / VRBO and I'm always disappointed with the quality of beds/sheets/etc, but everything at this property was so clean, comfortable and allowed us all to really relax and enjoy ourselves.
We came here in July 2020 (midst of Covid) so we didn't leave the house except for picking up dinner curbside and normally I would get stir-crazy but the beautiful deck, access to the water and fire pit kept us entertained and enjoying the outdoors.
Would highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Spectacular Week
The view and easy access to the lake was the best ever! The beds were all super comfortable. Music on the patio and deck was a plus. Plenty of parking and no steps which is rather unusual for a Finger Lake Property. Our host Melissa & Steve offered much more than the normal rentals: coffee, lake towels, goodies, spices, paper products, soaps, and so much more. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous. We all enjoyed our stay! Thanks for sharing your home and being such great hosts!

More a like Professional Mini Resort than a Private Vacation Rental
We knew from the pics and location this was going to be a wonderful stay. The house is nicely renovated with a unique and creative flair. Every room and outdoor space is nicely appointed with comfort and convenience clearly in mind. We enjoyed our time on the lake, on the the comfortable outdoor deck, and in the lake front all-season inside patio. Sunrises and sunsets over the lake were beautiful and a consistent part of our morning/evening routine.
The bedrooms are very comfortable with high-quality linens and all the comforts of home. While most of our stay was spent outdoors, the indoor times were very enjoyable with common/living areas leaving nothing to want. The audio/visual and entertainment amenities are abundant and more than met our needs, whether enjoying an evening movie or gathered around a table playing a game.
What really sets this home apart from the many others in the area is the level of service provided by the owners, Steve and Melissa, and the amenities provided throughout the property. From their early communications asking about our coffee preferences for stocking the kitchen to the little notes encouraging we utilize the many many high-end conveniences, it was evident that this was more than a typical rental experience (and w’e’ve had a great many over the years to compare to).
The attention to detail and quick responses via text/email created a concierge-level of service unmatched by even professional hospitality managers. To say this home was stocked with everything you could want or need is an understatement. We usually under pack for home stays even with extensive lists and planning, however we did not in this case because they took such great care in making the home feel like more of a stay in our home rather than a rental of someone else’s. Stores of towels, bedding, cleaning products, personal toiletries, cooking implements, pantry staples, paper goods….the list goes on.
This is a great property and Steve and Melissa are unbeatable hosts. Could not recommend it or them more!!

Everything you could think of, the hosts have already taken care of
This was the perfect property. All of the small things were taken care of and thought of so that you don't have to. We were greeted when we arrived by a bottle of wine, a fresh pie, cookies and candy for the kids and loads of personalized items (such as the coffee we drink at home being the same one at the coffee maker).
The property itself is lovely, and we had a great time on the water. This was a wonderful experience

SIX STAR LAKEHOUSE
This vacation rental went above and beyond with many little details and amenities as well as every kitchen utensil one could need! Various coffees and multiple sweeteners were included as well as cookies, a delicious tart, candy bowl and a bottle of Champagne. Every light has a dimmer and every area has a Bose sound bar which all really adds to the experience. The pullout couch mattress was in competition with our home mattresses. They provided everything one could think of from laundry detergent and dish sponges to beach towels, kayaks and floaties, and the shower gel was amazing. All of the furnishings were up to date and comfortable, the sunsets were spectacular, and the owners were very helpful and accommodating during the whole time of our visit. Areas were available for both indoor and outdoor sitting and eating to match weather conditions. A lovely home away from home that we enjoyed from start to finish!

Much more than expected
Everything was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was well equipped for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The owners, Melissa and Steve were very accommodating, yet did not in any way over manage their beautiful property. The fact is, the home is so nice, it is surprising they are willing to make it available for lease. Everything was great. Thank you so much. We were able to get a much needed break.

This stunning home on Seneca Lake is perfect for anyone wanting to get away for a relaxing vacation. The home itself is beautiful,...you won't be disappointed. It is a lovely 3-bedroom home with 3 full private baths attached to each bedroom. Everything offered in the home is upscale and I can't say enough about our hosts, Steve and Melissa. They went above and beyond to ensure our vacation stay was PERFECT! The property has everything you need readily available, plus so much more. The little extra special touches, i.e., a personalized welcome, treats, comfort, etc. and information provided to us was helpful for our planning. I just can't say enough,..we had a memorable vacation! 5-STAR hands down!

Beautiful pristine home with many amenities!
The owners really helped make our trip amazing, they provided an extensive list of things to do in the area tailored to our interests. Each room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Everything from comfortable beds to big fluffy towels to filtered water to amazing views of the lake and sunsets AND TV's in every room ,made it as nice as staying at an upscale resort! Could easily make this a home away from home long term stay unlike many other places we have rented.

From the start of any communication with the Zeitler’s, we knew we were in good hands. These are amazing owners who are passionate about their home and surroundings. Despite minor changes in our dates to inquiring about the likes and dislikes of our guest roster...these are the ultimate hosts. It is with great respect that we appreciated their guidelines and inventory and respectfully their rules for the rental agreement during our rental period. We were so comfortable with all of the bedrooms and communal surroundings for our family. It allowed us to have a truly rewarding familial experience during our daughter’s graduation add we were so grateful for that! Thank you Melissa and Steve and for all of your amazing touches...you were very thorough!
