A beautifully clean and well stocked apartment. Everything one could wish for for a short stay.
Roomy bathroom & kitchen. A lovely balcony,
perfect for barbecuing a meal & watching the amazing sunsets. A very short distance to adequate supermarket and fresh bread shop. Good local restaurants. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

The property was fine and good gor two people it would have been tight with 4 because ceilings sloped at the back. It was 45 mins.walk to the old town which was fine and supermarked 10mins walk which was good overall had a great and relaxing stay

The apartment was well equipped and very clean. It is an attic apartment so bedroom and living room are under sloped ceilings and there are a lot of stairs. The view on the website at present was taken before a block of flats were put up which now blocks most of the view. The information on the facilities only came up in French so with I translate we managed to read it.... we found the washing machine was chargeable which was not as advertised in the uk so washed by hand.... unfortunately the holiday was a little spoilt when 8 young men stayed in the apartment below us and kept us awake until 4.30am and then again until 2am the following day. The beach was about 2km walk and the old town about the same. I would recommend the apartment.

Ferienwohnung über den Dächern von Zadar
Die Wohnung ist super und die Ausstattung ebenfalls.Allerdings ist sie ziemlich weit von der Altstadt entfernt und wir waren froh,einen Roller gemietet zu haben.Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen nett. Wir waren ein bisschen enttäuscht über die Aussicht von der tollen Dachterrasse. Der Blick aufs Meer wurde uns erheblich von einem Neubau versperrt, der auf dem Foto noch frei war.

Zeer mooi appartement
Een net en schoon appartement. Voorzien van alle noodzakelijke spullen. Inclusief airco in woonkamer, eetkamer en slaapkamer. Met eigen parkeerplaats voor eigen of huurauto. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving of de stad Zadar. Maar ook per voet is de oude binnenstad - voor ervaren wandelaars - prima te belopen. De vriendelijke beheerder Valentina is behulpzaam en reageert vlot op eventuele vragen.

Kurz, aber schön
Der Host wohnt vor Ort und Kommunikation war daher kein Problem. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Dachterasse klasse! Es hat nichts gefehlt, die Klimaanlagen waren super. In die Altstadt muss man ca. 20min gehen, war kein Problem. Der Aufenhalt in der Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen, dafür 5 Sterne!

Völlig unkompliziert und angenehm das ganze. Leider gab es auf der Dachterrasse keine Sitzgelegenheit, so das man die Küchenstühle mit raus nehmen muss. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Danke an die Vermieter

Ein toller Urlaub und die Dachterrasse lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden ein
Wir wurden sehr nett von Valentina empfangen.
Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und man konnte sich sofort wohlfühlen. Wirklich alles so, wie auf den Fotos.
Ein Parkplatz für den Mietwagen befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus und das Auto steht geschützt.
Einen großen Supermarkt (Tommy) sowie einen Bäcker und Metzger kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Appartement calme, tres propre, confortable ,climatisé , place pour la voiture, linge de maison fourni. La avec terrasse vue mer est tres agreable, on y voit un ciel magnifique au coucher de soleil

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Zadar. Valentina à nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de générosité. Elle a pris le temps de nous informer sur l'appartement, la ville et nous donner des conseils sur les choses à voir à Zadar et autour.
L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse, d'où on voyait la mer au loin, pour prendre nos petits déjeuners.

Nous avons passé 9 Jours à Zadar, dans le logement de David et Valentine.
Le logement est très bien situé, au calme. Il est entièrement climatisé, et le balcon permet des petits déjeuners et diners avec vue sur mer.
Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par la maman de Valentine, également Francophone.
Zadar (et sa région) est vraiment à découvrir. Belle diversité des paysages : n'hésitez pas à aller vous promener sur le chemin piétonnier au sud de Kolovare (vous y découvrirez des petites plages sympas), et à contacter David pour une sortie en bateau et Valentine pour sa 'chasse au patrimoine' à Zadar.
Nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour et nous n'hésiterons par à revenir si l'occasion se présente.
Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Zadar, une ville vivante et très agréable. l'appartement est très spacieux et tout neuf,climatisé, il est très agréable à vivre.
Nous avons été accueillis pas David, très souriant et sympathique et aussi très serviable avec nos sacs!
Toujours en contact avec Valentina qui nous envoie des suggestions, c'est sympathique.
Nous ne sommes pas très vaillants sous la chaleur alors nous avons préféré nous rendre dans la vieille ville en voiture (beaucoup de parkings pas vraiment chers) mais les courageux peuvent se rendre dans le centre à pied en 20/30 minutes.
De petits commerçants pas loin ainsi qu'un grand supermarché.
Ce fut un séjour très agréable!

nothing that hasn't been said, great communication from valentina, picking us up at airport for 150 kunas, so about £18. much easier as our flight got in around 11pm.
was so pleased with the apartment, very large, nice kitchen, the shower doesn't have a glass but the bath is so big you don't need it, shower and bath are perfect.
we had a lovely balcony to eat our prepared food we got from the tommy hypermarket that's about 5-8 mins walk away. its great value! the apartment is a little walk away to the beach, a good 20 mins, but we don't mind walking, its good time to talk. I recommened this apartment to anyone. amazing value

Complete holiday package
Situated in a quiet area on the 3rd floor of a family dwelling who were friendly and made sure all our needs were met. This apartment had all the items required to make our holiday complete. All the fixtures, fittings and equipment were excellent quality and we wanted for nothing. Our motorcycle was parked in the front of the apartment without any bother. There is a hypermarket a short walk away for all your needs and the town centre some 20 min walk away. There are beachs within walking distance which were clean and uncrowded when we were there (June 18) and many cafes all in the local area. Unfortunately we could not take advantage of the grapes and figs that were growing in the front garden of the apartment as they were yet to ripen. These fruits were offered to the guests to help themselves as required. If we needed an apartment in Zadar again we would certainly book this one again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Ausblick und Mee(h)r
In der für zwei Personen großzügig geschnittene Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen haben wir uns zwei Wochen wie zu Hause gefühlt. Allein der Ausblick auf die Berge der Nachbarinseln und das Meer war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Und abends haben wir an gleicher Stelle den Sonnenuntergang beobachtet.

avons passés 15 jours magnifique dans cette partie de la Croatie. Un accueil des plus chaleureux par les parents de Valentina qui nous ont donnés toutes sortes de conseils pour agrémenter notre séjour. Un appartement conforme a la description dans une rue très calme proche de petits commerces. l'appartement est magnifiquement entretenue est correspond parfaitement a l'annonce.
La charmante Valentina toujours disponible au bien être de ses hôtes nous a conseillée pour les excursions et visites; un vrai plaisir.
Je conseille vivement cette adresse a tout ceux qui voudront passer des vacances dans ce magnifique pays avec des paysages variés et superbe.
Un grand merci a Valentina et a tes parents pour votre accueil. Nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs de notre passage.

Super séjour à Zadar chez Valentina !!!!
Valentina est super sympa et se charge de vous donner les bons tuyaux !!! Elle se propose de vous renseigner et s'inquiète de votre bien être, tant au niveau de l'appart que de vos sorties.
L'appart est conforme à l'annonce, vue sur la mer, pas de vis a vis, bien équipé, et d'une propreté indiscutable (Comme tout le pays d'ailleurs, rue, plage, resto, bar ... tout est très propre chez nos amis croates !!). Il est très proche du vieux centre et des routes accédant aux endroits à visiter. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermées !
Nos amis croates ne sont pas très souriant et ne parlent que anglais (a part Valentina) mais forcez vous à quelques mots de croates, je crois qu'ils apprécient. A chaque fois que nous l'avons fait, cela a eu son effet, ils se moquaient peut être gentiment de nous (dur le croate) mais paraissaient tout de suite beaucoup plus sympathiques et attentionnés !
