Lovely room, very happy and enjoyed our stay :)

Very unique and lovely decor! Love the walls in the room and has a quirky bathroom with toilet being separate! Only a short walk to the beach and has many restaurants near by. The host although we didn’t meet seemed lovely on message and really went above and beyond on our stay, ensuring we had an iron as requested and allowed us to check in at 11am when check in was only available from 2pm - we really appreciated this :)

We will be back!

Beautifully decorated and bright windows. Great location as you're central but with the space of th square around you. Kristina and her colleagues were always efficient with responding to any messages and looked after our luggage all day as we had an evening flight home. Check in is so easy with coded number pads. We had room 13 with a window over the street for our first two nights and then we came back for last night and had room 12 which had a window overlooking the square - beautiful.

Best location, and the bed is very very comfortable.

Wi-Fi is very very weak. I had almost no Wi-Fi during my stay. The entrance is in an old building.

Superb

Was a great location, really nice room. Keyless entry to the room was good. Comfy big bed, complimentary water in the fridge. Good communication throughout. Would stay again.

Air con was really loud, sounded like a gale. No light over the shower, so was a bit dark.

Great stay, but could be excellent with a few tweaks.

Staff, location for sure, decoration, bathroom amenities, AC were to be praised for sure! I would recommend staying here.

The sound insulation of the room was sub-par, we could hear quite well the people on the street and notably the church bells every hour. The bed was too soft, though some people do prefer soft beds. The pillows could be better. The double bed was in fact 2 single beds together (each with their own bedsheet) thus not great for a couple in that regard.

This bijou very clean apartment was is an ideal place to stay to visit the attractions of Zadar

The communication with the contact, the location, the cleanliness of the room, the toiletries, the coffee machine & supplies and the fridge

The room was bijou. Maybe to include a small travel kettle to make a cup of tea 😊

Great location— heart of okd town

Location is great — right on a pedestrian street in the heart of the old town. Kristina communicated early with us on how to find it and enter. Nice air conditioning in 95-100 degree heat. Very clean. Responsive staff.

It was small and not much room to unpack fully but the old stone building where it is located limits possibilities.

Totally recommended when visiting Zadar

Building doesn’t say much from the outside but when crossing the Zara places doors you get teleported to an amazing place. AC always on (grateful during summer) and a beautiful room with all main essentials.

If have to say anything at all, perhaps room was a little small to have two suitcases open at any given time.

No meals provided but that was expected and lots of restaurants or cafes nearby. Only downside was Saturday night disco playing until 4 a.m. that intruded despite use of shutters, double glazed windows and air conditioning.

perfectly located clean and stylish room

loved the interior comfy beds coffee machine location was perfect housekeeping lady was so lovely and helped us on a couple of occasions

no kettle for tea, British people love to drink tea so was weird not having a kettle duvet was very thick despite being 25 degrees outside, a thin sheet or option of a sheet would have been welcome shower - no privacy so if you are ok with friends etc seeing you in shower then that’s ok otherwise no privacy as shower door can be seen from close by.

Awful we practically got no sleep at all because of the close proximity of an extreme nightclub

The location was central and easy to find close to restaurants and shops

The room was located close to an open air nightclub that banged out heavy throbbing music until 0200 every night. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs and the revellers would come past the property between 0200 and 0300 screaming and shouting every night it was a nightmare.

Very beautiful room with everything you need. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Every thing was well thought out and they perfectly helped out with special requests. Location is great in the heart of the old center in mids of the shops and restaurants. Good beds, airco, shower and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Zadar.

The only thing that I would keep in mind is that the rooms aren't very sound proof. With windows closed you could still hear noises from outside. However, most things close around 00.00, so it wasn't that big of an issue but maybe for light sleepers it is.

Nice stay in the old town of Zadar

Extremely well located in the old town of Zadar. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The whole property is designed with a good taste. Also our host was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you’re planning on staying in Zadar.

Fabulous! pls be careful of the Croatian taxi drivers … we were totally ripped off at Zadar airport … pay no more than

The room is beautiful and very well equipped. The host Kristina was very helpful and friendly … she kept in touch constantly during our stay.

The only slight disadvantage of being so central is the noise .. it was somewhat noisy during the night … nothing a good pair of noise cancelling earphones can’t fix!

Perfect for a night, ideal location for exploring.

The host went above expectations with some lovely decorations to celebrate our wedding. The room was ideal for a night, right in the hustle and bustle of the centre so brilliant for exploring. Very comfortable bed.

Being in the centre, it got extremely loud at points even with the window closed.
