The location is ideal. Zadar Old Town is quite small and very walkable, so, I guess most properties there are well-located, but this one is relatively quiet (taking into consideration how touristic Zadar is and how many restaurants/bars are there in the Old Town) and very close to the airport bus stop. Besides, as properties with lifts are very rare in Zadar Old Town, the fact that these rooms are on the first floor, is also convenient. The balcony is a nice bonus as well (despite the fact that there is no view) both for sitting outside or drying things. The room was spotless clean. Spacious well-functioning bathroom is another huge plus. The host, Maja, is very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Zadar.
No real issues. Just some smell coming from the nearby restaurant kitchen from time to time (not regularly) during the day, but nothing serious. Besides, if that bothers you, you can always close the balcony door and the windows and switch on the AC (which works well). And I guess such a problem will be literally everywhere there as Zadar is full of restaurants.

Beautiful place, fantastic location, extremely clean, air conditioned.
Some stairs to get in. Not a big deal, A flight or 2.

Lovely facilities, the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to any queries or issues we had.
The only feedback I have is to ensure travellers are aware to stipulate the address is in Zadar, as we were taken to a town 30km away. I simply copied and pasted the address i was given, but this maybe needs to be clearer for bolt drivers?

Very good location, cosy and very clean room. Staff was helpful and very communicative.
Property it self was nice, maybe a little bit overpriced, but I think it is because of season and location. And also the building needs restoration. Main thing that was very frustrating those guys from the bar downstairs, every time we entered and exited the apartment they were so annoying with pressuring to eat or drink in their restaurant, I am patient person but this was too much.
