We really enjoyed the room, and owner of the property was really helpful, we could walk to every thing, so we didn't need to use our hire car while there. Easy walk over the bridge to the old town, and a little bonus we didn't realise when booking the room was that we were right above a very good restaurant, Marko Polo, it was great food and great value.
Can't think of something we didn't like, parking was an issue, but the owner of the property guided us to a parking lot about 100 meters away, and had the car parked there the full time we were there.

O quarto era muito limpinho e as camas super confortáveis. A senhora da receção é super simpática e prestável. Tem um frigorífico que os hóspedes podem usar o que também é bastante útil. Em termos de localização é a cerca de 10/15 minutos a pé do centro histórico o que é incrível. Adoramos a nossa estadia e recomendamos muito. =)
O quarto é pequenino e tem pouco espaço para arrumação (mas isso já era expectável pelas imagens do alojamento). A pressão do chuveiro é um pouco estranha e falta um lixo mesmo no quarto, porque só há na casa de banho. Apenas detalhes, porque adorámos a nossa estadia.

Great location to the old town. Restaurants, shops close by. A nice communal balcony. Lovely friendly host. Overall a very pleasant stay.
No TV in room or fridge. These were in the communal area. Room very compact and ceiling sloped down in our room which meant we had to watch our heads. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room and quiet.
Bathroom is big but shower room is small.
The penthouse room is not suitable for people over 1.7 metres tall.
The room has a narrow corridor passageway of less than 300 mm, which makes it easy to hit the bed.
The WiFi is too weak. 99% unable to connect in the room.
The room is on the roof of the building. It is not suitable to bring large luggage or suitcases through the narrow staircase.
It is very difficult to find parking near the building. If you're lucky, you might find a parking spot within a 10–15 minutes walk.
There is no TV and the power plug is loose.
That price is far under my expectation.
