Location is realy great - in the old town, convenient to reach all the must see places. We had view to inner garden, so no noise from the street. Not far from the Kalavare beach, close to port if travel by boat is in your preferencies, also not far to come from bus stop coming to/from airport.
If you book breakfast, you will get vouchers for the restaurant around 200m away from appartments. The meniu is 6 versions and they are great - may try different each day.
No parking for car, keep in mind before booking. Even taxi won't bring you by the door.
Keep in mind - it's apartments, not a hotel, so no one is cleaning each day or changing your towels.
Was not well cleaned before our stay. And check-out is quite early - by 10 o'clock. It's good that you can leave your luggage at the reception, about 300m away from the apartments and spend your day if needed.

Das Restaurant war gut, eine Kellnerin bemühte sich extrem. Positiv ist, dass die Unterkunft direkt in der Stadt liegt.
Negativ ist, dass kein Safe für Wertsachen vorhanden ist. Zudem wird man von 2 verschiedenen Nummern angeschrieben, um abzuklären, wann man am Abend zum Dinner erscheint. Sinnvoll wäre es, wenn die Personen hinter den Nummern sich unterhalten würden. Des Weiteren ist das Personal unfreundlich, das heißt kein „Hallo“ „Tschüss“ kein lächeln, bei Fragen unhöfliche Antworten etc. Zudem sind die Wände des Apartments sehr dünn, das heißt es können sogar Gespräche vom anderen Zimmern gehört werden. Außerdem hatten wir Ameisen. Zu guter letzt, kam eine Nachricht als wir am Strand lagen, ob wir jetzt in unser Zimmer könnten, da ein Handwerker kommt. Wir haben gesagt, es geht gerade nicht, wir haben unsere Wertsachen herumliegen & können jetzt leider nicht zurück. Ob der Mann bitte später kommen kann, da wir uns dabei nicht gut fühlen. Das ging anscheinend nicht, er kam einfach in das Zimmer.

Kiva huone todella hyvällä paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa. Parveke oli mukava.
Tarvitsisi mahdollisuuden siivoustarvikkeisiin jotta saisi lattialle kerääntyvät hiekat yms siivottua pois.
Suihkutila kaipaisi perusteellisen siivouksen.

Purtroppo non posso recensire la struttura in questione in quanto, un ora prima del mio arrivo, ci hanno riferito che ci avevano spostato in un appartamento non più nel cuore del centro di Zara. L’appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato non era male, anche se al 5º piano senza ascensore in un palazzo abbastanza datato.
5 piano senza ascensore e due valigie è stato un po pesante. Ed il bagno davvero piccolo.
Mi ha abbastanza infastidito il fatto che non ci hanno detto niente del cambio di struttura fino a quando non ci hanno mandato le indicazione per il self check-in, li ho dovuto chiedere spiegazioni perché l’indirizzo che mi avevano mandato non risultava essere quello prenotato da me. Fino a quel momento nessuno ci ha avvisato di nulla.
