It was a specious apartment in the heart of Zadar's old town, close to everything. We had a quite inner yard, where we can sit and have lunch or coffee. Facilities were very clean, bed comfortable and room itself nice and clean. The owner was quick at responding.

Lovely room, clean, comfortable bed and good bedding. Separate bathroom with a fantastic rain head shower, extra (fluffy white) towels and plenty of hot water. Good air conditioning in the bedroom. Very quiet even though it’s in the heart of the Old Town just off the People’s Square. Small terrace with a table and chairs for two.
The room is not serviced, which is fine but no cleaning materials are supplied. There is a fridge but no wine glasses only tumblers. No cutlery or plates. Nothing to wash up the mugs or tumblers.
The terrace overlooks a shady courtyard. Don’t expect to sit in the sun on the terrace and enjoy the view. It’s a residential area and therefore the neighbours use the area to hang out their laundry.

Very central and easy to find. Comfortable apartment and nice bathroom. It is a good place from which to explore the old town. Owner was in contact to check we had accessed the apartment.
The balcony overlooked a yard and not pretty, although there were potted plants. Air con of local restaurant was a little noisy. Access lane was not lit by night.
