It was very clean, mattress was comfortable, A/C, location was good. The owner was very kind, and we could check in earlier, also absolutely flexible with changing the rooms, as there was a huge construction noise as they building the elevator just now.
Construction noise and the smaller room’s shower was falling apart a bit.

The apartment was in a great location, just outside the gates to the Old Town and we were lucky enough to find free parking right out the front. The host, Toni, was absolutely lovely and always in touch with me and happy to offer any assistance. Getting into the apartment was simple.
Like most places in Croatia, there was no lift, so it took a bit of effort getting our heavy suitcases up the 4 flight of stairs to the room…. but we managed 😊

Right across the bridge to the main entrance to the old city of Zadar. Location couldn't be better! Very modern perfect place for a short stay.
Just a bit of a challenge initially, finding exactly where our apartment was and getting in, but the host was very helpful and all was good!

Location and the room as such
A "scout certificate" is required to find the place. Entrance from the back door without any hint of Dolce Vita.
When trying several times to call the receptionist she did not Answer.. After appr 30 Minuten she finally responded and said she was sleeping.......
