This is a room only place, but really easy access to numerous options for food and coffee. It was also very well situated for arrival by bus or ferry into Old Town. The room was spacious and (once I found it) the aircon worked well. The bathroom was clean and functional and there was a convenient lift to get luggage up and down. The access was easy
Please update your in-room information. I really though I had until midday to vacate the room and appreciated the flexibility of the host when I was a little late.

Location was great.
I expected the bed would be made and towels changed during a 3 night stay. Other than a request for passport details by WhatsApp there was no staff contact at all.

A wonderful place to stay in Zadar! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Old Town, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The rooms are exceptionally clean and cosy, and the building also has a lift. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

This is a beautiful and unique room right in the middle of Zadar! If you have no vehicle with you I’d recommend booking as it is walkable to everything.
If you are driving a car do NOT book here. There is no parking even though it is listed in the booking and parking is incredibly difficult to find here. Because parking was listed as part of the booking, we did not look up where to park prior to staying here and spent 1-2 hours trying to find a place to park with our rental car. We eventually found a spot and ended up parking across the water and had to walk a good 15-20 minutes with all of our luggage which is not doable for everyone. We messaged the host when we arrived but didn’t hear back about their suggestions until after we found something. It really ruined our experience here because we only had one night in Zadar and spent a large amount of time searching for parking. If you have no vehicle this room is otherwise perfect!
