The location of Luxury Rooms at Kadena could not be better. You are right in the heart of Old Town and all of its charm, restaurants, shops and scenery. Whether you are searching for relaxing strolls, lively music, island tours or leisurely dining/cocktails, this is the perfect spot. Dino was extremely gracious and welcoming and offered some wonderful dining, coffee and laundry options. It is on the "second" floor - which in our opinion is really the third since the first/entrance is on the bottom floor, but once we got our bags up, it was a breeze to come and go many times each day. There is a supermarket directly across the walkway which offers added convenience. The place was super clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the recently upgrades made it even more luxurious.
No elevator - but Dino (the host) offered to help us if we needed.

Location, location in central part of Zadar. The room was small but very nicely renovated and furnished.
Three flights of stairs up to room. It is not a hotel so there are no staff to assist - which is OK if you are travelling with small/light bags.

Very cute in a perfect location. Great communication and kind and friendly host.
It was hard to care our luggage up the stairs.
