About this cottage rental

Nestled in Lakeland, this lovely cottage for $142 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This beautiful little cottage has it all. Everything has been newly renovated, all new furnishings, smart home equipped, new appliances and more. Have a cup of coffee on the back porch and enjoy the beautiful landscape while you listed to the birds singing their early morning songs. All rooms are furnished with the nicest linens and mattresses for your comfort. Also, all rooms have 50" or larger smart TV s with the latest subscriptions to Amazon and Netflix. 5 minutes from charming Downtown, 2 minutes from Florida Southern College, and just 6 minutes from Florida Southern College. IMPORTANT INFORMATION * We have security cameras on the front and rear of the property for our guests as well as the protection of our properties. * You must have all guests registered. If 4 people are coming to the home then it needs to be booked for 4 guests, not 2. There is a charge of 15.00 per night per guests over 2. If the correct number of guests are entered during booking then your rate will be adjusted accordingly. By having extra guest fees after 2 we are able to keep the base rates lower. We have a zero tolerance policy for people who misrepresent the number of guests on there reservation. * There is a non refundable pet fee $250.00 per stay. Also, if you have a pet you are responsible for any and all damages to our home. * We only allow dogs, no cats so please do not ask. Also, we have a lot of breakable items in the house so please keep that in mind. Small dogs are ok. * If your looking to host an event such as a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party or any celebration that would involve guests other than those booked please send an inquiry for a custom rate proposal.

We LOVED our stay in Lakeland at this property. We were in town to visit our son who attends Florida Southern College. This property was very close to the campus and to the beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. The cottage is comfortable and has EVERYTHING you need! We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook as well as aluminum foil and plastic wrap for leftovers. The bathroom, although small, was stocked nicely with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. We loved the backyard, it was very relaxing. We would have loved to put on the fire pit, but the gas tank was empty. We definitely would stay again. Anthony is a great host and very easy to communicate with! Thank you so much.

My son and I stayed at this lovely home for 4 nights. We absolutely loved the property! The house was well stocked and the Guest Viewer made it simple to find not only information about the property but local attractions. The fenced in backyard was a peaceful place to relax. There were a couple cats that came to visit but they didn’t seem to be bothered by us. The house had ample space for the two of us, plenty of TV’s and I especially liked the little office area. We did find one board game but it would have been nice if the house had a few more. My only complaint was the landscape company showed up early one morning to plant flowers/shrubs and put down new mulch. I would have preferred the work done before/after our stay but I know this isn’t always possible to schedule. The host was very accommodating and charged us a prorated rate instead of an additional day as our flight home was a later evening flight. This allowed us extra time in the Lakeland area. Overall, I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I brought 2 fur babies with me in my trip. The back yard was astounding. They loved it and didn’t want to come inside. Everything in the home was remodeled and very moderate. It was a beautiful home. Small. Quaint. Accommodating. Peaceful.

Was exactly what expected for cleanliness and quality. A few minor glitches and will DEFINITELY recommend or return: no frying pans - but LOVED having a variety of handy spices. May want to actually mop vs just sweep floors - wiped up spilled water in kitchen with a paper towel and it was dark grey with dirt. Never found any hardcopy instructions, and so had to use our own “assumption” for checkout. No trash bags or instructions for washer/dryer - or whether we should strip/make up beds before departure. This is a pet-friendly home, so may want to replace the area rugs more frequently. With 4 remotes, never did figure out how to function all the smart apps. There were old profiles of users on each different tv, so the tv’s aren’t synced to bookmark what you’re watching. Might want to add instrux to check out for deleting app profiles.

This property is gorgeous and comfortable!There is a great seating area outside as well.The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. The whole inside and outside are clean and well maintained.The host is easy to contact and quick to respond.

Wonderful, small, exceptionally clean house in a charming neighborhood. The entire backyard is fenced in which was plenty room for our dog. The home was in tip top shape when we arrived, especially its cleanliness.The owner has done a great job inside the house with appliances, thermostat and t.v's being the latest. The owner is very responsive when contacted. The location is excellent for visiting the sites around town and especially close to the gorgeous Lake "down the street." Would highly recommend this wonderful VRBO for you and of course your dog....she also had a great time and would also have written a rave review hadn't she been taking her fifth nap of the day!

This house was perfect & exactly as described. We were here for my niece’s graduation from FSC and we simply walked down the street to the ceremony. The neighborhood was quiet & the house had everything we needed. It was spotless and everything is new. Would definitely stay again!

This beautiful home is probably the best Vrbo I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot! The house is spacious and beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen is excellent! The office area that looks out onto the back yard made a lovely workspace for me and the house is big enough to have good separation from my partner who was also working in another room. The back yard has a lovely seating area, a fire pit and an outside tv! It feels very private. The neighborhood is super quiet and lovely. It's also in a perfect location. I didn't have a car part of the time but was easily able to walk to the lakes, to the art museum, the downtown shopping areas and all other local attractions! What a beautiful city Lakeland is! I cannot recommend this house highly enough; I'd love to go back there anytime!

We had a nice time in this pretty cottage in Lakeland.The home is clean and nicely decorated.Very comfortable.We have family nearby and they came and visited a couple times.They liked the home and area.The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the backyard set up is very comfortable.We enjoyed ourselves very much.
