Step into a warm, comfortable, luxurious, 3 story A-frame that boasts 4 bedrooms all w/ king beds and private bathrooms. Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, huge refrigerator, dishwasher, and wine cooler. Large dining room table seats 10. 1st floor master bedroom features a walk in steam shower and large jacuzzi tub, and cable tv. 1st floor living area features gorgeous panoramic views of Owasco Lake, gas fire place, leather furniture and 60" smart tv. Family Game Room w/ bar and poker table, w/ 60" smart tv. Leather furniture and queen pull out sofa. 1st floor laundry. 2 twin cot beds. 2nd Floor: 2 king bedrooms off living room that features 55"' TV with firestick, cable, dvd, lounge sofas and games. HUGE Patio overlooking the lake from 2nd floor landing, sunbathing chairs and patio table for 10. 3rd floor: King bedroom has private deck/entrance, jacuzzi tub for 2, step in shower, private bathroom. Whole house is 5,500 sq. ft !! Lake access from Private deck and dock. Fire pit. 4 Kayaks and Row Boat. Patio furniture. Luxurious bedding and bath towels provided. All detergents and paper products provided. Gas grill with propane provided. Wifi, Cable, Air-Conditioner in each bedroom and AC unit in living room on main floor. Centrally located to Historic Auburn, Skaneateles, Ithaca, Syracuse and Fingerlakes wineries. Marina for boat rental, Merry-Go-Round theater and Auburn public theater, Restaurants, Shopping @ Destiny USA or Waterloo Outlets. We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous property. With such a large family, it served as the perfect gathering center for my daughter's wedding. The views were immaculate and the property was spotless!

Lovely, comfortable and very spacious. If you wanted to gather together or find a space for quiet time, there is a space for you. We went paddle boating, had cocktails on the second story deck, steaks on the grill and then had s’mores in the fire pit at night. The stars are incredible and so clear.

We had an amazing weekend on Owasco lake. The Bridesmaids had a ton of room to get ready with a huge kitchen, living room and dining area. It also had a 10/10 view of the lake. Very clean and comfy.

The property was spacious, lovely and well equipped. We made so many memories around the dinner table, on the patio, at the lake and around the fire pit. The view was wonderful and having kayaks, a paddle boat, a dock and a deck at the lake made for much family fun!
A few tips for future renters: plan to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags as “starter supplies” provided. Also, the air conditioner in the main living space is not enough to keep the large open space cool. There are a few fans but we added a few of our own and needed them while cooking. Windows can be opened to let cool air in but the screens were not in great shape.
Overall, our time at the Chantelle Marie lake house was wonderful! Nikki was responsive to our communication and our needs. We would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s property with 6 adults and 3 small children. There was plenty of space, beautiful views from everywhere in the house, and a nice outdoor area for the kids to play. We are planning to come back next summer!

The owner Christopher was great and created a great property. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen amenities. Beds and pillows were first rate, had a great and relaxing stay. Minor issues were promptly addressed (stuff that "just happened"), not anything that could have been avoided. Would come there again for sure! The Lake was awesome, you felt like you were the only one out there during the week.

Our families stayed together in this very spacious house for our wedding weekend and we cannot say enough about this house. There is a ton of room and an very large kitchen for preparing food.

Better than expected!
The property was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you could want. We had 9 adults and there was more than enough room. The picture’s don’t do it justice. We rented a pontoon boat from Owasco Marine for a day and it was a wonderful addition. Would definitely recommend this property.

Boat Waves, Sun Rays, and Lake Days!
This home and location are fantastic! The home felt bigger than the pictures as our family of 8 had plenty of room to sprawl out. We enjoyed dinners on the patio each night and morning coffee sunrises. We rented a pontoon at the local marina and were able to keep it docked at the house, which made days on the lake a breeze. The house provided paddle boards and kayaks, and there’s even a poker table in the game room. We’d love to come back and stay again!

We totally enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. All of the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked too. Convenient location, close to shopping and wineries. The lake is crystal clear, our grandchildren enjoyed the kayaks and swimming. Recommend this home highly.
