Queen sized sleep sofa in great room/living room. Walking distance to numerous excellent beach side restaurants. Convenient to Zoo World, Gulf World, Shipwreck Water Park, Hombre Golf Course, St. Andrews Florida State Park, Frank Brown Sports Complex, Captain Anderson's Marina, and the Grand Lagoon. Minimum age to execute lease 25 years or older, and must reside in the cottage during the lease period.

The listing states laundry but it’s not functional and has a note to use laundry mat and that it was removed from listing. Having a pool and being a beach property this is very difficult to work around. No one wants to go to the laundromat on vacation. As a whole we enjoyed our stay but not being able to dry towels and swim suits when you have a pool and the beach is difficult. The furniture could be updated in the house. The most comfortable furniture was outside. Raining days sitting on the couch was uncomfortable, we spent that time sitting in the bed.

Cozy and conveniently located beach-town cottage. As first timers in PCB, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The outdoor patio and pool was wonderful in the evenings after spending the day on the beach. The location is close enough to all the fun of PCB, yet also private to enjoy some peace of mind. The beachy themed lounge across the street played free live music in the evenings which was quite enjoyable. There are plenty of dishes, cookwear and silverwear. There are also plenty of towels. Overall, the house has everything a small family needs for a basic comfy beach getaway. The only thing we missed was a washing machine, however there is a laundromat around the corner. I'd recommend this property for a small family with young kids or a couple. If we return to PCB, we would easily stay again.

4 of us stayed, it was so nice inside and outside! Plenty of room to enjoy everything! The owner Mary is very helpful with any questions you may have. The pool is very nice! Just perfect for us!

My favorite thing about this cottage is the private backyard with the pool AND its close proximity to the beach. Its in a quiet neighborhood and is also close to shopping and grocery stores etc.

We have stayed in this cottage multiple times. We always enjoy the residential feel of the surrounding neighborhood combined with great beach access and of course the private pool and outdoor shower. We will be back again!

This was our favorite property in 9 years of renting in pcb. Mary has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The landscaping is lavish,all kinds of birds,lizards and butterflies because of the landscaping. Made for relaxing days in the pool listening to the music from the bar next door. The beds are comfortable,the beach is so close and not crowded. Outdoor shower and extra bathroom was a plus. Loved all tge outdoor,seating. Can't wait to return.

Cute little 2 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath cottage with its own private pool & very short walk to the beach. Loved the landscaping especially around the pool. Only negatives were a bar right across the street with live bands (little loud) & the only entrance to the half bath was outside - not connected to the main house. Pool did not look like it had been cleaned but spoke to the owner & pool service came by the next morning & cleaned the pool. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.😊

Place was really clean and fun. My only complaint is all the kitchen cabinets were full of dishes and glasses which left no room for groceries. Please remove more then half of the dishes and glasses.

I wish the TV's were more modern, and more of them. The pool needs work for sure, but nothing we couldn't deal with. Our grandchildren loved the pool without a doubt. The short walk to the beach would've been better if we didn't have to walk between 12 smelly large trash cans from the local condos. The property was really good for our stay.

Had a great time there. The bed is a little hard for me but I still slept good on it. The dolphins have a water leak around it so it looses pool water. A good bit each day. It was a very nice private area. Love the outside shower and bathroom very nice. Didn't watch TV cause outdated but it's OK didn't need them. Had all the kitchen stuff we needed. Not a bad short walk to beach. When sitting outside you have live music from next door. It's not bad though. Enjoyed it. It sucks that people messed with washer and dryer before, wish we was allowed to us it. Used good oh hand washing and setting outside to dry. Washateer is 2 doors down but didn't feel like exploring that. My family enjoyed the home beach house life. Thanks for being at the location and great price. Needed the vacation and the feel at home atmosphere.

We loved our stay! Our group consisted of my mother, my husband, and our two daughters (age 18 months and 3 months). The patio was so wonderful since our toddler and baby couldn't stay at the beach for long due to nap schedules and the heat. The house itself was very clean! The pool was cleaned on our first morning there and we enjoyed the outdoor space very much. Our only complaint which is no fault of the property owner is the bar nextdoor. Typically the music was at an enjoyable level where we could hear the live music but still escape from it in the house if we wanted. However, on Sunday afternoon from 1-5pm, the band's noise levels were horrendous- neither of the kids could sleep with noisemakers in their room. We called the bar several times and they did finally turn it down for a few songs before turning it back up. It was a rough afternoon but it won't keep us from coming back, we loved our stay otherwise! I think the photos are old and don't really do the patio justice!

Absolutely loved staying at Whale of a Good Time! Close to the beach, great bar across the street with good food and live music and not far from all the things! The pool was nice to hang out in at night! We love PCB and it was so nice to stay in a home for a change! Thank you so much to the Donaldson's for sharing your home. Excellent communication with Ms. Mary and the location is great. Property just as described. Comfortable beds and everything worked properly. The yard/pool area was our favorite hangout spot and the outdoor shower...with hot water was a great little bonus. Would definitely rent again.
