The property is part of a mountain oasis. They have birds right next to their Jungle Gym! Staying here was definitely an experience. The pool has amazing view!
The check in was a bit confusing coz they only have 1 lobby for 3 listed properties. But after calling the number an associate came down to meet where we were.

Decor was very quirky and fun. Tasteful, separate apartment with separate bathroom. Staff excellent
Parking was impossible to park at, the driveway to the parking was steep down. Location-it was pretty far from main attractions but at the same time local and authentic

This was a zen jungle paradise! The location was perfect, the property was amazing with its terraces and trails and many places to sit and overlook the ocean. The plants and trees and flowers and birds made for such a peaceful and relaxing environment! The amenities were wonderful! I will always stay here when I visit Madeira. What a gem tucked into the cliff.
It was hard to find a staff member to get checked in. Some plants need more attention as they were dry and drying. Some terraces needed more upkeep, swept and cleaned up from weeds and clutter.

Property has a lot of nice spaces like the swimming pool and the hot tub overlooking the ocean. The room was pretty clean and the airconditioning worked well. There are separate parking spaces which are a challenge to get in but if you can drive properly it shouldn’t be a problem.
Our bathroom had a lot of rust on the shower and the water pressure was terrible. The shower also didn’t get very hot. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The whole place is also not very well maintained. The kitchen especially was very dirty! We also had a late check in and didn’t receive the check in information until after we boarded our flight even though she told us she would send it the day before, this caused us a lot of stress as we didn’t know whether we would be able to get inside.
