Welcome to my 2 air-conditioned (for cooling or heating depending on the season) bedrooms modern flat. One has a queen size bed and its own private bathroom. A sofa bed in the lounge may welcome 2 more people confortably.

Large, very comfortable apartment with an amazing varanda. 15 minutes walk from Train station and two major supermarkets. 20 minutes to waterfront and many local restaurants and pastelarias. Perfect place for short or long stay.

Once we vacuumed & washed the floor so our feet didn’t get black, all was fine. Can’t comment on the host, we never met him.

Apartamento muito bom, luminoso, alegre.
No entanto fui deparando com algumas situações de limpeza que não me agradaram. Não tinha lençóis limpos e disponíveis para quem dormia na sala.
Louça e utensílios cozinha mal lavados e sem máquina de louça tivemos que lavar tudo.
Sem dúvida tem que ser melhorado o aspeto da limpeza. Sugestão ter máquina de louça (assim não se corre risco de ter louça mal lavada) uma vez que tem máquina roupa e secador e há espaço na cozinha para tal.
Nível de comunicação com proprietário foi muito bom para minimizar estas situações
