It consists of 3 bedrooms, an open plan living room / dining room / kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, balcony, private swimming pool and parking. The ground floor contains 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining area and living room. New built infinity swimming pool and main terrace are right outside the spacious living room. The second terrace with built-in BBQ and patio table with 8 chairs is on the other side of the house. Heading upstairs to the first floor guests will find the third bedroom and bathroom with shower. The bedroom also leads onto a 30 m2 balcony with outside lounge and amazing views to the sea, Gruz harbour and Lapad peninsula. House Hedera has private garage and parking place outside. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
