Nestled in Marseille, this attractive house for $140 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Classified 3 stars by the Tourism Bureau of Bouches du Rhône, home of plus110 m², very well laid out and super comfortable, with a flowered, enclosed patio of 32m², has been completely renovated and offers the most modern comfort. The entrance door opens directly onto the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a large table, garden chairs in wooden slats. 6 large deckchairs are available in the cellar or the 6 wicker chairs installed in the house can be out under the umbrellas for a flexible arrangement according to the sun and the needs of each. The large kitchen is superbly equipped: dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, cooktop induction, electric oven and microwave, extractor hood with external exhaust, all small appliances and dishes needed to a family or a group of many friends Stay in direct communication with the patio by a French window: - dining area with a large table and 8 chairs - sitting area with: o. Big sofa 3 places o. 5 wicker chairs o. flat screen TV HD o. open fire in working order 3 large bedrooms: - 1 room for 1 couple with double bed in 160 X200 + 1 corner-sleep for baby with 1 bed in wood already mounted + 1lit umbrella +1 large dressing -1 bedroom with 3 single beds ( 90x200) +1 large dressing room + a large closet for extra linens + a huge library with novels, documentaries, comics etc.. -1 bedroom (mezzanine 16m²) with 2 beds 80X200 , small linen wardrobe with a sink and shower part of the decor. The room is lit by a large automated Velux. 1 independent bathroom on the 1st floor landing 1 shower + 1 washbasin in the mezzanine bedroom 2 separate toilets: - 1 upstairs next to the bathroom - 1 on the ground floor, discreetly hidden in the bottom of the cellar. Baby equipment provided: - 2 baby beds (1 wooden already installed in the master bedroom and 1 umbrella type canvas bed) - padded and spare sheets - 1 net park so that baby can play safely. - 1 stroller - cane ' - 1 bathtub on feet - 2 changing mat - 2 high chairs In each room, a small office / console to settle quietly. Beach equipment and games, parasols. 1 electric barbecue The beds are made on arrival. Sheets, sheets, duvet covers, blankets, pillows, duvets are provided in duplicate. All linen is provided: towels, napkins and dish towels. - To help you when you arrive: soap, toilet paper, coffee, chocolate powder, small grocery and cleaning products. To summarize, you will not have to carry as everything is planned, apart from your own clothes! You'll have plenty of room to store bulky luggage easily while and even your own bikes, strollers and large equipment in the vast storeroom.

We had an excellent stay here. My husband and I were here for a week and we were joined for a couple days by grown up family.
The house has everything you could just as you would at home.
It is close enough to Marseille in a quiet village.

Haus ist TOP, Umgebung geht so
Alles was das Haus und den Hof betrift ist so wie beschrieben und hat sich in einem TOP Zustand befunden. Beide Klimaanlagen waren Gold wert und waren im Juli unverzichtbar. Im Haus war kein Lärm zu hören. Wenn man jedoch im Hof Zeit verbracht hat, war der Straßenlärm schon recht störend.
Was man wissen muss, einen richtig schönen Badeurlaub bekommt man in der Hauptsaison dort nicht nicht hin. Die Wege zu den Stränden sind weit und Pendeln zwischen Haus und Strand nicht wirklich sinnvoll. Das Haus eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und um den Tag im Hof ausklingen zu lassen. Mehr kann von der näheren Umgebung nicht erwarten.

Nous avons été très bien reçus chez Monique. Elle est une hôte formidable qui prend soin de l accueil de ses voyageurs. La maison est impeccable et nous avons vraiment apprécié le linge de maison et lits faits à l arrivée, la cuisine est très bien équipée, le prêt des vélos. De nombreuses BD pour les ados etc…
Nous reviendrons dans cette maison avec plaisir !!! Merci encore Monique pour ton accueil et ta disponibilité.

Je souhaiterai commencer par remercier Madame Bournot pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, et sa gentillesse.
Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréable grâce à cette maison.
La maison : en arrivant nous somme tombé sous le charme de cette belle maison provençal, la terrasse est convivial, la cuisine est super bien équipée ( tout le nécessaire ), le salon est spacieux avec une belle salle à manger. Les chambres son spacieuses et adapter a la présence d’enfants en bas âge. Tout le nécessaire est mit à disposition par Madame Bournot pour que votre séjours se passe au mieux, vous trouverai des indications pour l’utilisation de l’électroménager, de la climatisation...
La localisation : la maison se trouve dans un petit coin sympa, un parking est à quelques mètres de la maison ( toujours des places disponibles durant notre séjours pour nos deux véhicules ). Nous avons pu profiter du cadre agréable et calme du Rove. A proximité se trouve de belles plages, les commerces essentielles, une station essence, une boulangerie, une poissonnerie...
Les photos de la maison, et toute les informations fournit par Madame Bournot sont fidèle à la réalité et nous on permis de préparer au mieux notre séjour.

Une maison tout confort qui porte bien son nom "La belle vie"
Une maison fort agréable où chaque pièce a été pensée et décorée avec goût afin qu'on s'y sente bien. La propriétaire, très accueillante a pensé à chaque détail dès votre arrivée (de la lessive au café, en passant par tout le nécessaire en cuisine), vous n'avez plus qu'à poser vos valises et profiter.
Nous avons d'autant plus apprécié le cadre de cette maison que nous avons eu une météo capricieuse avec énormément de pluie toute la semaine. Le patio est très bien aménagé et nous avons pu un midi manger dehors, un vrai havre de paix!
De plus, il est à noter que le sens de l'accueil de Monique, sa réactivité et son organisation montrent son professionnalisme, alors n'hésitez pas à passer quelques jours à "La Belle vie".

In Moniques wunderschönem Haus kann man sich in der Tat ein schönes Leben machen. Es fehlt an nichts, und man fühlt sich nicht nur wegen des herzlichen Empfangs von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Die blaue Küste südwestlich Marseilles mit ihren felsigen Bergen, Buchten und Badestellen ist darüber hinaus eine Reise wert. Und das in unmittelbarer Nähe einer der interessantesten und schönsten Küstenmetropolen der Welt. Danke, Monique!

LA BELLE VIE, so wie man sich Urlaub wünscht
Wir haben uns während unseres diesjährigen Aufenthalts im liebevoll gestalteten Ferienhaus von Madame Bournot sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Die Fotos sprechen für sich: An alles ist gedacht; sehr sauber und gepflegt und schön arrangiert. Die hauseigene Klimaanlage sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen. Die Gastgeberin spricht Deutsch, gab uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Urlaub und war stets außerordentlich bemüht, dass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ausfiel. Vielen Dank für den schönen, unvergesslichen Urlaub und die freundliche Aufnahme. Wir kommen gerne wieder. À bientôt.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus von Monique Burnot sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist chic und gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da,was man braucht ...Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit,sie gab uns viele tolle Ausflugstipps. Ab der Buchung war die Kommunikation sehr gut . Das Haus liegt zentral für viele Unternehmungen zur Küste,Camargue,Calanques und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Hinterland. Wir können es sehr weiter empfehlen .

La maison est très bien agencée et la décoration charmante.
Il y a des produits de première nécessité ce qui est fort agréable et plutôt rare ainsi que draps et linge de toilette. On entre dans une maison habitée et non dans un bien uniquement locatif sans âme.
La propriétaire est disponible, attentive, accueillante.
Je recommande fortement. Pour les familles il y a des jeux pour les enfants (de 2 à 18ans) ainsi qu'une belle collection de BD :-).

Nous avons passé un séjour d'affaires de 14 jours ici. Le logement a été très propre ayant toutes les commodités pour nos 5 techniciens. Mes collègues ont été vraiment contents de la maison. Les hôtes ont été très attentifs et nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec eux. Les photos correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous allons surement y retourner lors des futurs projets. Nous vous remercions pour tout.

Maison très agréable Avec tout ce qu'il faut
Il faisait très chaud lors de notre séjour à le rove, mais la maison restait très fraîche et c'était extremement appréciable, surtout à l'heure de la sieste pour les enfants! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants et les adultes, et nous étions très bien situés pour aller voir les calanques et aller à la plage. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis et le climat de confiance entre l'hôte et les locataires est très agréable, nous reviendrons très certainement et avons adoré notre séjour.

Dear Monique, we felt at home here! You were extremely generous with your time to explain where everything was and how it all worked. The house had everything including the herbs needed for our baked chicken dinner.
We explored alot of the Le Rove region that you recommended including the beautiful beaches, local shops (chocolate croissants from the local bakery were fantastic), and restaurants.
The house was large enough to easily accommodate the 5 of us and worked well for my 3 older children who managed to have their own space when needed.
Staying away from the busy tourist spots was refreshing and having the car meant that we were only 5-10 minutes away from anything we needed.
Thanks again for making our stay a very warm and memorable one. We have already passed your details onto a friend who was impressed with our stories of your home. We hope to see you again.
