It was a surprise to find breakfast was included. Lovely breakfast room. Good muesli and yoghurt, and three types of cake! No decaf tea, but plenty of herbals .
Could have offered decaf tea.

What a gem in the middle of Orvieto. Anything we wanted to see was a short walk away. The staff, especially Rita, were so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, definitely one of the better breakfasts we have had in Italy. There is also a beautiful garden with wonderful views of the city. We will definitely return and hope to bring other family with us.
The shower had very little water pressure, but then my spouse opened the hose and cleaned out what was blocking it. After that the water pressure improved.
