Staff was very kind and helpful, and the space was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved the friendly dog and cat who roamed the nearby courtyard outside!

Full kitchen with supplied cooking implements, even though we didn’t need them. Spacious eating area. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we love AC.
We booked two rooms. One of the rooms had no hot water in the morning for shower so it was cold. No easy way to resolve.
The access by Carr is very challenging for medium to large vehicles. Centimeters to spare on either side without scratching.

We have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are big enough with a clean and modern bathroom. The shared kitchen space is excellent an large. The hostess Laura is very nice and they have a lovely dog called Biscotto. Very friendly. Location is very good. You can work to almost everything Orvieto has to offer
