Everything, the host was exceptional and went out of her way to help us even when we arrived very late as our train was delayed more than an hour.
Very clean, perfect breakfast and she even helped us catch our early ride the next morning

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vilma’s home in Cusco. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean and full of warm, homely charm.
Vilma responded promptly when we arrived. She greeted us, opened the door and helped carry our luggage inside. The breakfast was delicious. What makes this place truly special is the genuine home‑away‑from‑home feeling she creates. She provided us with all kinds of useful information and storage services. She arranged a reasonably‑priced taxi for my daughter for her 4:50 a.m. early‑morning departure. She was flexible enough to receive us very late and see us off early in the morning.
When we ran into serious trouble at Puerto Maldonado airport, staff from TALMA S.A. — specifically supervisor Irma Isabel Zegarra Almonte — double‑charged us for checked‑bag fees even though we had already paid for our checked luggage. They also stole items from our checked suitcase. Vilma generously offered to help us contact the police regarding this incident.
Vilma is an outstanding host. We give her a full 5‑star rating and would happily book with her again. In fact, we made three consecutive bookings at her property for our trip. Highly recommended!

Nice house and good breakfast.
Very welcoming couple who put lots of effort into hosting you.
The room was a bit worn-out, meaning old and felt like untouched since the 80s.
I get that this is a private mansion and all rooms were former bedrooms, but I feel if you do commercial activities, you need to adjust and refresh a bit...
Location a bit "off".
Lack of privacy at times, as you cannot just enter / leave unnoticed.
What really put me off was how I mentioned that I was suffering from a bit of altitude sickness. While the host seemed genuinely concerned and kindly offered me a pill... the price tag appeared the moment the pill dropped into my hand…
