The owner is incredibly friendly and attentive, and her warm hospitality made my stay very comfortable. The location is peaceful and quiet, within walking distance or a short taxi ride to the central plaza, which is really convenient. The place is beautifully decorated—truly love it! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Cusco.
A kettle available for guests to boil water for a hot cup of tea or coffee.

One of the loveliest hotel stays I have had! The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. The best part of Belle Maison, however, is the lovely welcome you get from host Vilma. She makes you feel at home immediately, is ready to help out with anything, and is generally a warm, caring person. Thank you for welcoming me at Belle Maison Vilma!
Nothing at all.

Nice house and good breakfast.
Very welcoming couple who put lots of effort into hosting you.
The room was a bit worn-out, meaning old and felt like untouched since the 80s.
I get that this is a private mansion and all rooms were former bedrooms, but I feel if you do commercial activities, you need to adjust and refresh a bit...
Location a bit "off".
Lack of privacy at times, as you cannot just enter / leave unnoticed.
What really put me off was how I mentioned that I was suffering from a bit of altitude sickness. While the host seemed genuinely concerned and kindly offered me a pill... the price tag appeared the moment the pill dropped into my hand…
