Accès facile (pas d’escaliers dans la rue).
Correspond aux photos. Très propre.
Bien spacieux pour 4.
Tout le nécessaire de base est fourni (gel douche, papier wc, liquide vaisselle, huile et épices…)
Belle vue sur le Cristo Rei.
Check in on-line super facile et digi-code pour les portes.
Rue bruyante le soir (restaurants avec terrasses) mais ça se calme vers minuit.
Dans les deux chambres doubles, à l’arrière, pas de bruit. La plus grande n’a pas de fenêtre mais ce n’était pas un souci pour nous.
Tout près:
tram 28
Supermarchés, boulangeries, pâtisseries, cafés.
Points de vue panoramique tout proche.
Je recommande.
Tout était parfait pour nous.
L’appartement est assez chaud et comme il n’y a pas d’air conditionné, ça pourrait être problématique quand températures élevées. Mais par 25 degré c’était parfait.

La ubicación del apartamento es estupenda, en una zona muy interesante y cerca de todo. Muy bien conectada.
Vistas alucinantes.
El apartamento es amplio y muy bien equipado. Los detalles muy bien cuidados.
Manuel se portó de maravilla. Nos atendió genial siempre y nos ayudó al minuto cuando le pedimos ayuda.
En un dormitorio entraba mucho ruido de la calle, que estaba muy animada. Imagino que por eso dejaron tapones para los oídos, je je, por lo que a nosotros nos afectó poco. Los otros 2 dormitorios eran silenciosos.

Host was great, nice view. Lovely pizza place downstairs.
Cheap fixtures were not well maintained. Lots of things falling out of walls or on verge of falling apart. Example door latches didn’t latch.
Nespresso machine didn’t work
Uneven shelves & fixtures.
Thought it had AC but it just had fans.

Logement très propre, bien équipé, proche du tram 28E et des bus. Explication pour codes entrée très bonne. Une chambre avec grand lit sans fenêtre, quelques finitions manquantes, odeur dans la Sdb uniquement mais notre séjour fut très agréable dans cet appartement au 2eme étage, spacieux et lumineux. Nous reviendrons sans aucun problème
