The staff replies quickly and are very helpful.
The facility is lacking. They said there’s a lobby in the 1F but there’s none. There’s no basic things like water filter for drinking or fridge (or maybe I just didn’t see it). The shower is so hard to control, couldn’t take proper showers.

A capsule hotel is a novel concept. Near a good street shopping area. Good showers, just wait for the hot water to come in.

As an establishment it was practical for its location, there was an elevator which is a good thing. The capsules were acceptable. Shower was individual booth. A/C available and good during the stay. I also liked there are big lockers ( I had two carry on suitcases and one backpack and everything fit nicely and comfortable.
It seems not very updated or taken care of. Linens, carpets, connectors, showers, slippers etc have many wear and tear visible damage. It was clean overall, but seems old and uncared for.
