Friendly and great value for money hotel.

I had breakfast for the 11 days I stayed. I had Sri Lanka and it was varied and excellent. The lady on reception went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Exceptional

In charge officer and all staff are very frendly. Then there facilities and breakfast also very good. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Finaly i wish good luck for them.

Spent a nice relaxing weekend at Negombo

Visited there with my family. Very well arranged, clean rooms with all the amenities they have mentioned in the site. The staff is very friendly and supportive. On our request, they arranged early check-in as well. Had a great breakfast. Very nice location, walking distance to the beautiful Brown beach. Spent a nice relaxing weekend at Negombo. Great value for the price I have paid. This is my second visit there and would love to visit again.

Little bit noisy at the night since 'Machan' restaurant is also right there at the same floor. Yet they play good music so I don't mind 😊

Very nice hotel & staff

Early check in possible, my AC didn’t work so they gave me better and bigger room right away :) The staff is the sweetest, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good too :) Location is perfect, very close to the beach.

I like this place to stay again for the weekend. when they can improve their parking area situation that really apprecia

clean room with essential facilities and I’m really like this place and service

The first thing was there is no safe parking area for vehicles They have some space in front of the hotel for 4,5 vehicles. another thing was there has a restaurant and can hear sounds from the room. Not good soundproof effects.

This place is okay to stay after airport for one night.

This hotel has a good location: right across the road there is a beach, there are good restaurants nearby. The hotel has friendly staff, ready to resolve any issues. Our beds was comfortable. There is also a good common hall.

On the second floor of the hotel there is also a restaurant, where loud music played until 23:00. It was very loud, because rooms have poor sound insulation. So you won't be able to rest in the evening in silence. We also saw some cockroaches and the sheets were stained. The air conditioner broke in one of our two rooms.

Location, beach is just across the street.

No water in the morning when we rushed for the next destination, so we couldn't have a shower. No offer for a help or solution till we asked for a bottle of water for face wash. Have TV but TV didn't work, Have wifi but too weak to use. My friend's room ac didn't work well and not cold at all. (Maybe no maintenance after Covid-19)

Good hotel if you want to stay near the beach

The room is on a bustling road near the beach. The hotel staff were very kind and arranged early check-in for which I am thankful.

Cleanliness could be maintained better. The floor was a little sandy. Also since it neighbors a busy restaurant, there is some noise at night.
