One of the best guesthouses I've stayed at in Negombo. The place is very comfortable, the pool is beautiful, and the location is quiet even though it's close to the beach.
A special thanks to Ms. Yolanda for her warm hospitality and kindness. She made our stay truly enjoyable.

It was a great weekend getaway. The staff were very friendly, especially Dinesh, who was very helpful throughout our stay. The pool was excellent, and we also had access to the kitchen, which allowed us to cook our own meals.

This property is in a great location. It was nice to have a pool and a fridge. The room is large and the bed is comfortable.
The property is definitely a bit dated, and a deep clean and touch up of the place is definitely due. It’s fine but I think for the price you could get something a bit nicer. When did end up going somewhere else that was just a bit cleaner for the same price.
