Wirklich besonders zu empfehlen!

Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie gehen ganz individuell auf Wünsche ein und sind sehr umsorgend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer mit Dusche war sehr sauber, das Bett gemütlich und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Diese Unterkunft ist unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Большой номер, наличие полотенец и мыла/шампуней в ванной.

Слышимость, долго искали расположение отеля, так как не отображалась точная локация в google, maps me. В углах уборка была проведена посредственно - паутина и какая то насекомая труха присутствовала на постели

Worst Stay ever

Horrible conditions in the room. It was never like what's shown on pictures. I was dirty and very unprofessional. There was worms and hair everywhere. The sheets were stained and the sea near this place looked horrible.

Great value for your money.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was next to the beach. It was off season so there weren't many guests and everyone was attentive and made my first meal in Sri Lanka a delicious one! The best part about this place was actually Elvis, my airport driver they hired. He picked me up from the airport and met me the next day to go over an 8 day trip to see Sri Lanka. He is a 10+ driver and his recommendations were custom to my needs. He absolutely made my trip the best! Highly recommend contact Elvis at +94 00 960 1560.

The drain in the bathroom was clogged, sheets were clean but visibility old and the pool was out of service while I was there.

Description of the room and the hotel lacks transparency

Comfortable room, clean. Lovely patio at the back of the hotel to watch the sun set, not quite on the beach, but view on the beach from the patio. Good location on the main road, with restaurants and supermarkets around. Quiet. Nice sofa to sit on. Very friendly and professional manager.

No restaurant or rooftop bar is open, but the manager very kindly got us a drink. We rented a room with a balcony, but it's too narrow to use, and it faces a wall. The room is too dark for my liking. It would be more honest to mention that the balcony is only a decoration, facing a wall, not to be used.

Superb

Hospitality, nice and helpful staff. View to the beach and terrace. Rooftop bar. The best room I have been to in Srí lanka.

May be noisy if you have room facing to terrace and somebody is talking there.

very good choice for budget travellers

I had a room with an ocean view on the first floor and considering the price I paid I could not ask for more! I could see the ocean from my bed, the room was spacious and clean, with air-con, nice modern bathroom and a fridge. The hotel has a path at the back that goes directly to the beach. The manager was very helpful, and you can pay by card. Just 3-min walk to the left is the nicest and the cleanest part of Negombo beach as there are some higher standard hotels.

The only minus was that I hoped for breakfast on the balcony with ocean view, but we only had coffee as they did not have any breakfast available.

a nice stop before the flight.

It is a small quiet place, I had a room with ocean view on the first floor and it was very nice; for the price paid I couldn’t ask for more (nice bathroom, air-con, a fridge, a balcony, I could see the ocean lying in bed ). There is an entrance to the beach directly from the hotel, just between small houses of local residents. 3 min walk to the left is the best and the cleanest part of Negombo beach. The manager was very nice and helpful. They accept card payments. We only stayed for two nights but I recommend the place as a nice stop after or before the flight.

They were closed and never opened the hotel Forced to take another room at 12 pm paid double amount to take room 5000/-Srilankan Rupees also, in the morning when told about story, they replied. it happens

Really friendly staff. The shower worked really good.

Location is a bit far from Colombo, and there are no local buses to reach the hostel. There are no plugs next to the beds. Cleaning could be better.

Very good room near to beach, super host.

All basic facilities required available e.g hot water, air con, dth tv, clothes drying rack etc Very near to beach. Other locations easily accessible. Very good host, good English communication skills.

Nothing specially I enjoyed my stay here. May be lighting in the room can be improved, and window in bathroom should be covered with net to avoid mosquito entering room

Clean and comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable

I was told breakfast would cost 1000 rp and it was 1500 rp at the end. The staff was friendly but they lied to me about the bus so I would take a tuktuk instead. No lockers in the room.

Disappointing

I mistakenly booked for the 14th of July but stayed there 2 days before, the owner was nice enough to accept having me even that my booking as for another day But I had a negative attitude experience in the dorm where I was staying alone and I asked to leave my bag there the next day until I had to leave for the airport when I reached the airport I realized that I lost all my iPhone accessories (including my original AirPods Pro. I was sure I packed all my stuff before I left and I didn’t get the chance to check when I was at the hostel because I was rushing to go to the airport.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

i booked a bed in a dorm room for 4 people. staff was in touch via messages and on WhatsApp with prompt helpful responses.

near tourist police station so was easy for tuk-tuk’s guidance and when looking for the hotel in the dark as Maps.me doesn’t show this hotel. had power generator to provide electricity when it was evening outage

would Not recommend

was handy for a 1 night stopover for our early morning flight , but that’s about it.

No electric all day and part of the evening, they say because of oil problem they have to turn off electric for around 7 hrs a day … I was packing and showering in the dark .. until they give me a candle. so was unable to charge my phone too , this should be mentioned , when booking the room, also it say there is a swimming pool , but in fact it was more like a plunge pool .. 2 strokes and you would be at the end of the pool . it looks bigger in the picture, it should not be advertised as having a swimming pool ,

Great value for money

Most friendly place and value for money. The breakfast was awesome. All the staff were most accomodating. Room was spacious and clean. Good air-conditioning. Nice view from the balcony and rear entrance to the beach is a great welcome. Enjoyed the stay at this place. Will definitely go there again.

The Weather... unfortunately it rained during the weekend and plans of spending a sunny day at the beach were spoilt.
