Tidy property with good staffing. Nothing too special about this place and not much to do in marsaskala
Was only told after booking that the pool, breakfast, and check in was at another accomodation 10ish minutes down the road which is rather inconvenient. The air conditioner was leaking water.

The room was larger than expected. There were on-site staff as it is administered from a sister hotel a short walk away, but the cleaner based in the building was very pleasant and helpful.
It was a bit of a walk for breakfast. The breakfast itself was fairly average, and the pool facilities were tired.

Room and facilities were excellent, as was air-con, and view over bay from balcony spectacular. Breakfast at Cerviola Hotel good.

The hotel's greatest strengths are its exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, who were always helpful and made us feel valued throughout our stay. The rooftop pool is a wonderful feature, offering a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views. Another major advantage is the hotel's location, which is convenient for exploring the surrounding area, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Overall, these aspects made our stay very enjoyable.
The overall maintenance of the hotel is not satisfactory. I don't believe it has had a thorough cleaning or proper maintenance in quite some time. It would also be helpful to have clotheslines or drying racks on the balconies for beach towels. I recommend adding two chairs to each balcony and at least two chairs in every room, as the current seating is insufficient.
