All the benefits of a great Seacliff location without any of the traffic. Seacliff offers so much for your beach getaway. Marianne’s ice cream, great restaurants, coffee shops, and a groceries are all with a 10 minute walk. Gorgeous, super clean, and extremely well located home in the best neighborhood in Seacliff. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing, wake up to the beautiful views. The spectacular kitchen and dining space is the heart of the home. The huge granite kitchen island will be your perfect gathering place for coffee and cocktails and everything in between. Gather together under the crystal chandeliers, cook a great meal on the Italian stove and take in the views of the beautiful oak trees in the backyard. Or bring in something delicious from the many great restaurants just minutes away. The open and spacious floor plan connects the kitchen, dining island, a living room and family room so that everyone can be together but not crowded. There is even a little quite sitting area upstairs for anyone looking to enjoy a quite cup of coffee or a romantic glass of wine while overlooking the ocean. Downstairs features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, beautifully remodeled with solid hardwood floors, quality furnishings, and lots of sparkle. Upstairs you'll find another bedroom, game area and private living room and an additional full bath. The windows and skylights create a sunny and joyful space and the view of the oak trees creates a bright tree-house feeling. There is even an ocean view! The backyard has a great deck and lots of room to relax. Grill something tasty or just sit and take in the fresh ocean air. Four minute walk to the ocean cliffs. Sit on a bench, watch the sunset, enjoy whales breaching and birds and dolphins playing. Another five minutes and your toes can be in the sand at Seacliff State Beach, Rio Del Mar "Platform" beach, and the famous cement ship. This is a perfect quiet home just waiting for you to make great beach memories. Please keep in mind, this is not a home for parties or noisy celebrations. In respect of our neighbors and our very quiet neighborhood, no amplified music outside, no noisy games outside, no heavy drinking, etc.. There are great places for that type of fun, our home is not that place. Fireworks are explicitly forbidden in the County of Santa Cruz. Guests who create a disturbance for our neighbors will be asked to leave without a refund. $500 fee for any pets. You will be renting the entire home except the laundry room and the garage. I'm always available. My home is just a quarter mile away! But one quick text or call and I'll be right there. Seacliff offers so much for your beach getaway. Marianne’s ice cream, great restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store are all with a 10 minute walk. The iconic cement ship is just a few minutes away. And Seacliff is one of the best stretches of beach on the Monterey Bay. You can walk for miles in either direction.

Family vacation with my family (two very young kids) and my sister’s family (two school aged kids) to the Santa Cruz area. Clean, good location, easy access to everything in Aptos. Hosts were very kind and responsive. Photos make place look more spacious/luxurious then we felt it ended up being. Kitchen cook ware could be better-limited options& quality. Did not feel like the dining table (center kitchen island) was great for smaller kids but we managed. Probably a better place for adults only. Be aware: no laundry/drying technically included in the rental! Host unlocked laundry room during our stay and allowed us to use (we were there 5 nights with kids) which was very kind but I was surprised it wasn’t included.

The property owner or manager was fast to respond and help when we found out the access code had changed without her knowledge. She was super friendly and even dropped off a wine opener when the one at the space had broken. Thats a great service! Defiantly recommend a space to stay with family and friends. As long as you plan on being respectful to the close by neighbors. The house is in a neighborhood so of course being respectful and no loud music or parties is expected. Nice back area with some views too! Thanks so much!

The house is beautiful. I wish they had a little more kid friendly dishes. I think the neighbors are using the trash cans, they were full when we arrived. The outside furniture could have been cleaner, we didn’t use it because of spider webs. But overall it is a beautiful place and I am glad I was able to rent it for my family.

My family and I stayed in Alla's property and had a wonderful, relaxing time. We really enjoyed being able to spread out and take advantage of the amenities such as yard, deck and grill. The location is perfect and Aptos is a gem of a town to visit.

Not a house as expected, but a small converted attic. Very steep narrow stairs to access. Not a comfortable place by any means. No comfortable place to sit. Dining table quite high and comfortable for about 2 minutes. One chair and one large pillow for sitting in one bedroom, for comfortable place to relax I guess you have to lie in bed or leave.
TV is a 'streaming only' afterthought. No cable, no network TV. Just streaming. No dressers for clothes so you will live out of your suitcase. No access to heating or air conditioning. Not even ceiling fans so you are at the mercy of the weather. Kitchen just has a hot plate, no stove. Coffee maker is just a 'grind and brew' so not useful unless you bring beans. No curtains or window coverings for windows and skylights. Photo shows nice yard, but you have no access to it.

Very clean and nice property, close to everything. Owner was very accommodating and kept in touch. Although we had no issues during our stay, it was clear any problems would have been taken care of. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to have it all. plus all of the quiet! Beaches, pizza, ice cream, Mexican food and they are all in walking distance!

About ten minute walk to beach. Quiet area of town. Super clean. Kids don’t want to go back to hotel vacations. No living room but good amount of space for family of 4.

Very nice attic space. Clean and well equiped. Quite new and will improve even more with time and finishing touches. I will use this spot again when in the area and available. Fantastic location close to beach and restaurants.
