We really appreciated the warm welcome by the host and his care and attention to showing us around the apartment. We did not arrive until 9pm and he had kindly provided snacks and drinks for us. He also insisted on carrying our luggage upstairs for us. We found the location excellent, within easy walking access to parks, the Government Building precinct, the train station and bus stops. As we needed a taxi when we left, the host once again insisted on wheeling our luggage and escorting us up his street to hail a taxi for us! The apartment was compact, but cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Tokyo.

The staff was very kind and supportive. I had to get a package and they were very attentive to assure everything went smoothly and in a perfect way. The room was big and the bed was comfortable enough.
Our room was in the basement, so the windows were tiny and there was never light from the outside. In the morning was always dark, impossible to tell what time it was. The sheets and pillows were dirty and maybe we were used to a different standards in Japan of cleanliness.
