room: spacious and clean, also it is so comfortable to stay for long
staff: super accomodating and approachable
facilities: the 24/7 lounge was so good, free unlimited drinks and the microwave was so helpful for reheating your food. I love thr food in breakfast station every morning. The cook and staff there is so nice.
location: super near in Shin-nagata station. there is a supermarket accross the street. McDonald is just down the ground floor. there is also a Tokyu Plaza across the street
none. Willing to try Koko hotels in other part of Japan everytime we will go to Japan

The midsummer heat in Kobe was stifling, but we were able to escape it in KoKo’s clean, cool room and at a café.

The location is great for easy access into Kobe. The staff are lovely. The complimentary drinks machine was a highlight for the kids.
The rooms were standard Japanese hotel size - small but totally manageable. The beds were comfy.
We booked non-smoking rooms and the whole hotel claims to be non smoking but our rooms were disgusting. The smell was pervasive. I guess floor 4 used to be the smokers floor before they changed the policy and it is horrid. The smell of smoke is in the carpet and the walls and the whole floor smells terrible. Don't accept a floor 4 room. It was gross.
