Perfect hotel! It’s is perfectly placed next to everything you need and walking distance to the station. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious with great views, very classy and very nice staff. You can see the property is well kept and cared for. I will certainly stay here again without any hesitation on my next visit and stay in Kobe. The room was huge, especially by Japanese standards. Also one thing I loved was how the aircon kept a very comfortable atmosphere in the room, including the toilet

This was my family's first trip to Kobe, and we chose to stay at the Hotel Okura. From the pre-trip email communication to the check-in reception, room arrangement, room cleanliness, the restaurant's ambiance, the quality of the food and service, and the check-out process, everything was surprisingly perfect. Although the hotel has a history, it is very well maintained, making our stay in Kobe extremely comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient to visit Kobe's famous attractions or stroll around town. Even more impressive is its stunning harbor view, offering different scenery at different times of day. My family and I have already agreed to choose the Hotel Okura again on our next trip to Kobe.
