The top floor spa was really nice, and breakfast was delicious.
The room carpet is pretty dirty, we saw hair and fingernails. It’s a bit of a walk from the station for those with many luggage.

This hotel was close to everything I wanted to do and very easily accessible. My room was clean and I appreciate that the TV had the ability to stream different services as well as watch regular TV. The sky spa on the top floor was also pretty nice.

The location is excellent. Situated between Sannomiya Station and Motomachi Station, everything is within walking distance. There are also many affordable and delicious Western-style brunch cafés near the hotel.
The hotel room size was adequate and comfortable. The 24-hour sauna is mostly used by both Western and Asian guests, and the outdoor hot spring bath is especially wonderful.
Although the hotel states that guests with tattoos are not allowed to enter, some men with moderate tattoos were still using the facilities. So if you only have a few small tattoos, you will likely be fine.

Location was great. Handy for trains. Walking distance to many things. Loads of shops, market streets, restaurants & bars nearby.
Only two lifts, and mornings were a lesson in patience waiting to get out of the building along with everyone else. we waited 15 mins to get in a lift the first morning, made sure we were out well before the breakfast sittings or well after.
