The front desk staff, especially a particular female which I failed to get her name, was excellent!!! Her name was A. ____. The kitchen attendant was also great! In general, they were all Super friendly and very helpful with any information we needed. Thank you for a great stay!!!
Hotel was a bit out of the way, but nothing a 5 minute walk could fix.

If you're looking for a cozy hotel in Ikebukuro, this is a great choice! It's just a 5-minute walk to Sunshine City for shopping and dining, and only about 10 minutes from the train station, making it easy to explore Tokyo.
The hotel offers thoughtful amenities, like umbrellas for rainy days and essentials like cleanser and toner. Plus, the staff is professional and friendly, ensuring a fantastic experience.
The room was a bit on the small side, and we found it tricky to fit our luggage. Also, the pillows could be a little bigger or firmer, as we only had one each. That said, it was great to know that extra pillows are available if we ask.
While the view wasn’t the best, I understand that it’s reflected in the pricing.
