About this house rental
Contemporary house of 200 m2, very quiet, large fenced plot of 3000 m2 with olive trees, very nice views of hills and village. Shops nearby, walk out to hike or bike ....
Possibility to arrive on Friday or Sunday to avoid Saturday (if arriving by car) because the house is rented only once during the year.
Very well located between sea and mountain.
10mx4m pool with 6 bathrooms comfortable sun.
Large shaded terrace with glycine, directly overlooking the kitchen and living room, any opposite ,, very quiet. Lounge 50 m2.
Linen provided.
Possibility of a housekeeper during the stay, or simply the day of departure. (A own expense)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!The house is fantastic, located in a beautiful area with stunning nature all around. The pool was perfectly clean and inviting, and everything about the property made our holiday truly relaxing.What made the experience even more special was the amazing host couple – warm, welcoming, and always helpful.We give our very highest recommendations and would love to come back one day!

We had a lovely time in this house with two families. The terrace and the area by the pool are so nice. The children had a great time in the pool.
Contact with the owners was very good.
Taking the boat to Ile st. Marguerite was a fantastic tip! And Valbonne is a very pleasant village, especially in the evening.

De la première prise de contact pour la réservation jusqu'à notre départ en fin de séjour, les échanges avec Béatrice ont été simples et rapides, ce qui est particulièrement agréable.
Offrant une très belle vue sur le paysage provençal vallonné, la maison est en tous points conforme à la description qui en est faite dans l'annonce.
Nous y avons apprécié les très belles prestations offertes, et y avons trouvé l'espace (plus que suffisant pour un couple et trois enfants) et le confort annoncés. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de solliciter Béatrice pendant notre séjour, tout ce dont nous avions besoin étant à notre disposition. Nous nous sommes sentis "comme à la maison".
L'espace extérieur paysagé est très agréable à vivre, sans vis-à-vis. Très belle terrasse autour de la piscine, avec tous les équipements nécessaires (transats, parasols, salon de jardin).
Depuis la maison, il est facile de rayonner dans la région pour partir à la découverte de ses villages perchés dont certains parmi les « plus beaux villages de France » (Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Biot, Gourdon), de ses sites naturels ou encore culturels.
En résumé, une très jolie maison, embellie par une magnifique région. Allez-y sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé deux semaines fantastiques.
La maison est très bien située entre le pays Grassois et la côte d'azur pour visiter les villages alentour, faire des randonnées ou du canyonning dans le loup tout proche.
Du fait de sa situation en retrait de la côte, la température n'a jamais été excessive, même si le taux d'utilisation de la piscine a été très élevé, notamment en fin de journée.
La terrasse sous la glycine est idéale pour profiter de la plancha en famille avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée et une grande tranquillité.
Enfin, la maison était suffisamment grande et fonctionnelle pour notre séjour en famille (7 personnes). A noter, la nécessité de la voiture pour profiter de la région.
