Centrally located in the Lakes Region and is an easy drive to all area attractions including: Outlet shopping, water slides, mini-golf, golf courses, hiking, cruising on the lake, etc. You will love your stay at this outstanding vacation spot! Gorgeous townhouse located in Evergreen condominiums, with great views of Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. This condo is beautifully decorated with new furnishings and appliances. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are on the second floor. There is an additional sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy the community pool and tennis court, just a short walk from the unit. Convenient drive to a fantastic community beach and many other Lakes Region activities.

The condo was nicely layed out, but not as clean as we would have expected. The owners were good to work with and responded to our concerns. The little things that make a difference - housekeeper failed to provide dishwasher soap, a new roll of paper towels, new rolls, or adequate rolls of toilet tissue and facial tissue [we were there for eight nights]. The owners were quick to respond and contacted the housekeeper regarding these necessary and expected items,, and she did bring some after we had been in the condo for about 3 days, but by then we had already purchased those isupplies as they were needed sooner rathet than later.

This is a nice condo. The electronics,tv etc. were way beyond our technical ability but that's because we are old.There are a lot of stairs so this is not the place for someone with bad knees. All in all a nice place with a great view from the master bedroom.

Accommodation was as described. A car is needed to see sites or for going into town. It is walking distance going down a hill to the dock. To go to the pool, you must walk up or drive up a hill about a quarter of a mile. Very clean and would stay again!

Beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. You can't go wrong with the location as well, a quite development close to shopping, lakes,beaches and shopping. Great stop to get the full Lakes Region of New Hampshire experience!

We stayed here for a month. The condo itself was nice, and the communication with the owners was ok. The master bedroom has beautiful lake views, as well as the deck. The person managing the condo is not doing a good job; There was no space to put our groceries, as the cabinets were filled with food from previous guests (I guess). Though the toilets had a "sanitized" sign, we had to clean the bowls, both of them were dirty.. The owner asked the cleaning person to contact us, we heard from her a week later, said she "was on vacation." Overall, I feel bad this nice spot is lacking good management.

We had a wonderful stay during a week long family vacation! The condo was in close proximity to all the fun things the lakes region has to offer. In addition, the day dock was perfect for us since we keep our boat at a local marina. We’ll definitely be back!

Laconia is beautiful. The weather is fantastic there (not humid). Activities were great. The house was clean and the beds are ok. The owners were friendly in the communication we had. The view of the lake is great and the deck was nice to listen to the birds sing. We had a good stay and would recommend this beautiful home!

The pool is refreshing. The beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed to make meals. The location is perfect for day trips around the lake, to Maine, and Northern New Hampshire.

Great winter trip up - The condo folks did a great job with keeping the parking lots and sidewalks snow free. The condo was well stocked and comfortable.

The condo is perfectly situated to everything! Ski resort, local shopping and dining all within 10 minutes. There is a cozy fireplace in the living room, that is great to curl up in front of and watch it snow. From the balcony you can see the lake. The owners had everything ready when we arrived. There was even delicious blueberry cake on the counter. They ensured there was a broom, a shovel, and pet safe deicer. The only recommendation I have, is maybe put local menus in the unit. You definitely want to consider this property!

Really nice location and property. Close to everything. The property was suitable for a family of 4 or 5. It was clean and well-kept. Owners were responsive. Only downside was having to rent for 7 day min.
