-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,

Un petit rafraichissement de l'appartement serait envisageable( notamment sur la literie du lit - le canapé - une telé un peu trop petite)
Sinon tout est parfait tres belle residence -

Pas besoin de voiture, tous les déplacements peuvent se faire à pied ou à vélo. Très belle vue sur le bassin. On a envie d'y retourner.

Belle résidence et appartement bien situé.
Cependant le logement mérite d'être rénové,ainsi que le linge de lit( vielles couvertures). L'appartement est peu chaleureux.Belle vue mer et terrasse.

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche des commerces, avec une super belle vue sur la mer.
Par contre il est dans son jus et aurait besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement.
Même si l’on ne regarde pas beaucoup la télévision pendant les vacances, elle mériterait d’être remplacée par un écran plus grand.
En résumé, bel appartement mais à rénover et remeubler.
