About this house rental
Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming house for $785 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This six bedroom, six and a half bath home is the perfect get away located on a quiet cul-de-sac directly on the marsh. Enjoy the marsh, intercoastal, and ocean views from the living spaces, bedrooms, and deck areas or relax at the pool (heated for $50 per day with a minimum of 3 days if heating is requested) and enjoy the views from the tiki bar. This home is only about 450 feet from a beach access. Inside, enjoy 3,200 square feet of spacious living along with another 1,100 square feet of comfortable deck space equipped with seating and eating areas. You may enjoy dinner or watching your favorite show on the screened in porch with an outdoor TV or you may enjoy the beach area in the back yard which also overlooks the marsh. This home is large and has a well equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating with stools, and a dining area that seats 12. The living area is equipped with a 65” flat screen TV, a fireplace, unbelievable views, and is open concept with the kitchen. There is also a second living area downstairs which also includes a TV, a bar area, and room for games. All bedrooms are equipped with brand new beds, bathrooms, and TVs. Other amenities included in this breathtaking home are full bathrooms in each of the bedrooms, hard wood floors throughout with ceramic and marble tile in bathrooms, dishes, silverware, drink ware, 2 full size washers and dryers, stunning decorations, outside shower, and outside living areas with a grill. Beautiful home with gorgeous view of sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for all with comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. We had a great week and hope to return next summer!

We took this trip with close friends and family to spend as much time with my daughter as possible before she passes away from cancer. She chose OIB for her stay and I surprised her with this house. The only thing that threw me is all other places we have stayed at with VRBO supplies towels and sheets. We would always just wash them before we left. Other than that this house and the owners were fantastic. Thank you for allowing us to spend of of Haley’s last few weeks at your home.

This was a family reunion of 12 adults and 9 kids The house had everything we needed. The kids had a ball in the pool and playing hide and seek. We loved the view of the Marsh which was so relaxing. My family loves OIB, but this was our friends’ first visit, and it did not disappoint. The location of the house is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. The owners were responsive and patient with my many questions, and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views and a short walk to the beach! This home was perfect for our large group (11 adults and 7 kids). We loved having a pool and also being so close to the beach.
The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was nice to have the large walk in pantry and two refrigerators. The sunrises and sunsets viewed from the porch were amazing, and it was so nice to have the privacy and quiet on the marsh. We saw deer almost every morning.
The owners were very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely love to go back to this house again!

Great house in a great location
We would stay here again… amazing property in a great location. A few things could have been cleaned better (bunk room mattress covers had pee stains on them and the area around the mattresses had all sorts of hairs and such… which is pretty nasty. Overall the cleanliness was just OK. That was the only downside to the property.

80th Birthday Bash
My sons and their wives, my 7 grandsons and 2 great-grand children plus a grandson's wife gathered for a wonderful week of sun and fun and birthday party. It was a wonderful experience.

This place is a gem!
Really beautiful and clean property. Getting the pool heated was worth every penny! We have stayed at many places over the years and this one is one of the best. The kitchen is so well stocked and easy to navigate. Thoroughly cleaned and prepped for guests. It's really a super short walk to the beach, and the beach is lovely. The beach patrol is strict about the type and placement of beach canopies, so check that out before arrival. However, it does make for a nice beach atmosphere to have it strictly controlled. Need to set up your own linen service delivery. The grill is charcoal. Our little ones loved the pool and it was so great to be in a sparkling clean pool coming off of a 2 -year pandemic. The owners keep this place top notch.

Beautiful home! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, and then coming back and enjoying the outside shower, tiki bar, and pool. Our main complaint is there is no refrigerator on the downstairs floor for grilling and hanging by the tiki bar. There is plenty of room down there for one and it would be a great addition rather then having to walk up to the 3rd floor or have a cooler downstairs. The kids absolutely LOVED the bunk bed room! Over all we loved and more then likely will be back.

We loved the easy walk to the beach and the privacy of the location, plus the marsh view really was beautiful. The 2 full fridges and washer/dryers on both floors were super convenient. We had 16 people (7 children ages 2-10) and it was a great fit for that number. The pool is not huge but worked well with our kids being younger - and we spent many hours a day in it, the large patio space was fun for games and lounging. The grill is charcoal and down at pool level, we didn’t use it as much as we planned since wasn’t gas but was nice for a poolside cookout. We all agreed this was our favorite beach house in Ocean Isle we have stayed in!

Great overall setup - bedroom/bathroom arrangement, open kitchen and living spaces, porches/decks, heated pool, two laundry closets, large covered carport area. The proximity to the beach access was close and a straight line walk. Only a few minor things would have made it even better - there was only one broom and no dustpans in the house, and different than other Ocean Isle rentals we’ve had in the past there were no accessible pool or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella - even for pool deck, toys, etc). If you were flying in or had limited cargo space, it could make it a challenge if you have to buy/rent all your supplies.
