About this house rental
This six bedroom, six and a half bath home is the perfect get away located on a quiet cul-de-sac directly on the marsh. Enjoy the marsh, intercoastal, and ocean views from the living spaces, bedrooms, and deck areas or relax at the pool (heated for $100 for the first day and $50 per day after that with a minimum of 3 days if heating is requested) and enjoy the views from the tiki bar.
This home is only about 450 feet from a beach access.
Inside, enjoy 3,200 square feet of spacious living along with another 1,100 square feet of comfortable deck space equipped with seating and eating areas. You may enjoy dinner or watching your favorite show on the screened in porch with an outdoor TV or you may enjoy the beach area in the back yard which also overlooks the marsh.
This home is large and has a well equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating with stools, and a dining area that seats 12. The living area is equipped with a 65” flat screen TV, a fireplace, unbelievable views, and is open concept with the kitchen.
There is also a second living area downstairs which also includes a TV, a bar area, and room for games.
All bedrooms are equipped with brand new beds, bathrooms, and TVs.
Other amenities included in this breathtaking home are full bathrooms in each of the bedrooms, hard wood floors throughout with ceramic and marble tile in bathrooms, dishes, silverware, drink ware, 2 full size washers and dryers, stunning decorations, outside shower, and outside living areas with a grill. The bunk room sleeps 10 with 4 queen sized bunks and 2 trundles.

This place is lovely- more like a beautiful home than a beach house! What is nice among other things - there are 2 fridges and 2 washers and dryers. Some places can accommodate large crowds but there’s not enough fridge space or sitting space. Plus the kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need. Love the kids room- FOUR queen bunk beds with built in stairs between and 2 pull out twins under the bunks… oh and a pool! It has everything!!

We have a big family and this place was excellent!Very clean and close to the beach. We played hard at the beach each day and it was great to come home to rest in a beautiful house. Highly recommend this vacation house !

The location of this house is absolutely perfect. Straight walk directly to the beach, you’re in your chair in 2 minutes. The view from the main porch over the marsh is beautiful! We paid to have the pool heated and it was not worth it! The pool was still cold 3 days later. Be prepared to bring everything if you stay here. No towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, trash bags.
