A short stroll from Shark Net Beach , Cafes, Restaurants, Shops, and the famous Huskisson Pub this fantastic unit with Water views across the park of Jervis Bay could not be any more perfect for your trip to Jervis Bay. The space Bedding configuration Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with wardrobe Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed with wardrobe Kitchen: InductionCooktop, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Tea & Coffee Living: Flat screen TV with DVD player and Bluetooth CD sound system Bathroom: Bathtub, shower, hairdryer and separate toilet Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board Heating/ Cooling: Air Conditioner Outdoors:Outdoor setting Parking: 1 allocated car spot in a private car park Guest access Arrivals and departures On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state to which it was found. Other things to note Pets Simply the Best is not pet friendly, please contact us for a list of available pet friendly options. Linen Simply the Best is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels. Wifi Simply the Best unfortunately does not supply Wi-Fi for your stay.

Clean premises, handy parking and close to everything!

A great apartment with two good sized bedrooms and a nice balcony. Although overlooking the road, the apartment remained quiet as the bedrooms were to the back of the property.
Had everything you might need except wifi. It’s just around the corner from the Husky Pub and the main shopping strip.

The Good:
Couldn't have found a better place for location. Right across the road from the pub and around the corner from everything. Hardly used the car! Flat was clean pleasant and welcoming after a few big days out. Full kitchen with everything you need.
Not so good:
I probably should have checked during booking but sadly no WIFI which would have been good for streaming Netflix, sport etc. I thought the cost of the stay would have included WIFI.
Bed was super hard.
Not sure why payment schedule wasn't adhered too and I paid everything in bulk including the $500 bond over 2 days just before arrival?
Emailed twice in the weeks before without response.

Location, location, location
The Good:
Couldn't have found a better place for location. Right across the road from the pub and around the corner from everything. Hardly used the car! Flat was clean pleasant and welcoming after a few big days out. Full kitchen with everything you need.

The balcony was very nice and roomy, The rooms dining and living areas were good roomy and pretty comfortable the only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was NO mat in the bathroom and we had to share with another couple and the worst thing was there was only one toilet and very small and tight to get in.....suggestion to the owner redo your bathroom and put a proper toilet in that it is very necessary.
Other than that we loved it and would go to stay there again.

Week ended away...
The location was tops!!! We have a baby that’s crawling. To have her crawling around and to see how clean she stayed meant the world. We’ve stayed in places and it’s concerning how dirty places can be.

You can't beat this location for access to the shops and across the road from one of the many beaches in this area.

Property and location was great. Management was easy deal with and responsive. My only complaint is that the beds are very firm, it would also be great if there was an umbrella for the balcony so you could enjoy your morning on the balcony.

good little unit
we really enjoyed our stay, great location and well equipped kitchen. the only issue we had was the sun coming through the glass windows in the morning; an awning on the deck area or curtains to block the top windows?

simply the best
Very clean place, good view, everything needed was thoughtfully provided, especially kitchen ware, made our stay much easier, and it was close to everything, even playground and an open pool, you will ask no more for a stay, enjoy a comfortable stay in this cozy , home like place

Wow! What a location
It was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Absolutely just loved waking up to the view of Jervis Bay! Thanks for providing everything we could possibly need on our stay. Cannot wait to be back again next year.

Just what we needed!
Perfect stay, great and convenient location to cafes, boat tours, pub and the esplanade. Really clean and has everything there. The view was amazing.
If I had to put a negative the only downfall was the shower head!
