However, you will need to supply your own Beach Towels. Arrivals and Departures: On the day of your arrival check-in is from 2pm. On the day of departure check-out is strictly 10am. If a later check-out is available, we will notify you upon arrival. No Smoking: This property has a strictly No Smoking policy which includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes and Vaping. No Parties or Events: Due to close proximity of our Neighbours, this is not a 'Party House'. Complaints will be dealt with Severely. Covid Terms and Conditions: In the event that you are unable to stay due to Covid, you may move your booking to new future dates within the same Tariff Band. New future dates may be limited and not include Christmas/New Year and Public Holiday Weekends. Security Bond: A Security Bond of $500 must be paid on all reservations prior to your arrival. Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the Property is not left in a similar state in which it is found.
