We had some concerns while we stayed here. The door beside the kitchen to the pool area did not work or stay tightly shut. The downstairs shower did not work. We found a dead mouse under the sink in the downstairs kitchen that had been there for awhile, which we disposed of. There were rules posted in every single room and these rules were not given to us prior to our arrival. The inside hot tub was not allowed to be in use after 10 pm and it was a holiday! We never heard from the property manager except by a generic email to check on all of their properties. The movie room was pretty nice, however, the connections were outdated and would not allow any streaming for movies or football games. Several of the recliners did not work (footrest would not come out). Enjoyed the space, but the house definitely needs some maintenance and care.

Everything was mostly good. We arrived to the property a little bit early, the house cleaners were still there so they just left and let us in which i thought was kind of weird. The next day we were all in the movie theatre room and when we came out there was a man in the pool house that said he was treating the pool because there was something wrong with it which no one said anything to us and we had been swimming in it. He also just let him self into the property, and we were never told that anyone would be stopping by. There was no communication happening and it didnt really make us feel safe that he just let himself inside

One blender was broken: the black bottom portion was cracked and unusable. when we tried to arm the alarm when leaving, the alarm wouldn't arm because it said a pool door was open. I reclosed them all, but it still said one was open, so there is a bad sensor or something. The pool was very cloudy, so none of us wanted to get in. It was a nice place to get together and talk though. The video room was great.

Our family of 28,with ages ranging from 1 to 82 loved this place. The pool was an enormous hit. The theater was great for movies, games and meetings. The game room was in constant use. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. The large tables in the dining area were perfect for eating and games. Great trails for walks and runs. We would definitely use this home again.

I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was the first I’ve ever had live mouse traps in the home. There wasn’t enough towels to cover the amount of people it allowed so we did a lot of laundry. I called to get more and was denied, we never received more. The two twin bunks in the theater rooms truly are better suited for only children. The pool needs chemicals and to be running A LOT more often than it’s set at (which I never saw it running), I own two pools and mercy water isn’t something you wanna swim in. For the price this house is just ok. If it was a cheaper house you could overlook a lot of the needs for maintenance and upkeep. There was a thousand notes all over the doors with rules that became obnoxious and made it not feel as if it was a home. Better to make a phone call to the renter and talk thru some rules rather than posting them all over taped to doors, it makes the stay feel a lot less homey.

We had a fantastic time at the Draper Pool House. Admittedly there were a lot of rules, but we deeply enjoyed our time together as a family. The pool is very deep. If there are non-swimmers, life jackets are a must. One e you get past the steps in to the pool it’s instantly deep water. The backyard is massive. Close to walking trails. If you come to cook, this place will be a challenge. The knives are dull and even the can opener didn’t work well-I don’t know how long it took to boil a pot of water for pasta, but it was more than 20 minutes. But it’s a great size home with lots of sleeping arrangements, awesome pool and the game room and theatre were fantastic. We truly enjoyed our week there!

This house is very oddly laid out. Very choppy and not open. It is advertised to accommodate 30 guests and it does have sleeping space for that many, but the house itself makes it hard to gather together as a group. The kitchen is tiny considering it is a 10,000 sqft house. Hardly room for 2 people to be cooking at once. One of the biggest problems is that the HVAC does not work well in the corner of the house where the kitchen and dining area are located. By the afternoon it was sweltering and you could hardly stand to be there for longer than it took to eat. Some portable A/C units or something would really help. The rest of the house was mostly a comfortable temp. The kitchen could use some new items - can opener, griddle, etc. We were extremely disappointed at the size of the trash can in the kitchen. A regular kitchen trash bag was way too big for it. So you can imagine that with 25+ people, it fills up really quickly. And they only supplied 5 garbage bags for a 5 day stay. Overall it felt like the management company was really stingy with supplies that were available. The indoor pool was a nice feature and it was great to swim any time and not worry about sunscreen. We also enjoyed the theatre room. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The backyard is huge and mostly grass. Our family rents places like this every summer and I don't think we would return here. Our stay was just ok.

Everyone had a great time. The pool and and jacuzzi area was spacious and enjoyed by all. The house was well equipped with glasses, and supplies needed to cook with. The Dining room chair and starting to wear out and that needs to be addresses. The alarm screen read that the downstairs pool door was open when it wasn't. The alarm screen also read battery malfunction when we arrived. After the pool house stay some of the party members reported ringworm and body lice and had to be treated.

While the house overall accommodated our group, the kitchen was a major disappointment and totally unsuitable in terms of cooking for a crowd. The oven temp was inaccurate, the microwave made noises and was very sketchy; the coffee maker was slow; the knives were not sharp; the dishwasher top level did not clean; the water from the refrigerator tap had black specks in it. Every appliance and several things in the house seem like they need a renovation. The sauna didn't work. Theatre didn't work. The sheer amount of signs all over the house made the place look shabby. How about some bathmats? Upon arrival the propane tank had been left ON. I was expecting more from what I thought was one of your premiere properties. I loved the visit to Utah, but I will not be using UBVR again.

The house was great with the pool being the highlight. It is, however, an older home that has been used well and hard. The rooms are very comfortable, the house is very spacious, and the location is great- a nice and quiet residential area. The interior is run down and you can tell the furnishings and such have been through some pretty rough groups. My only real complaint is that the attention to detail is a bit lacking. For as many people as it is advertised to house there was not a single frying pan in either of the kitchens, no salt, or even a pen to fill out the damage waiver required by the rental company. Also, every dish and utensil we pulled out of the cabinets and drawers were dirty and had to be hand washed before using. Frustrating. The amenities were perfect for entering our small group with air hockey, Bball shooting, watching movies, or swimming. We couldn’t figure out how to get the sauna to heat up. All in all a good vacation. 3.5 stars. Could be better with updating and a bit more attention to detail.

The house is huge and has almost everything you would need to have a fun time in. Bedrooms are spread out and well insulated sound wise from common areas, although the bunk beds creak loudly. There were some other drawbacks we noticed:
-Sauna: there is a second door to the sauna which lets in a significant draft and the sauna will not warm up unless the draft is covered with towels.
-Pool Rules: A pool rule that is not mentioned in the description is that if a door to the pool room is left open for more than 2 minutes a fine will be imposed. This makes sense due to the humidity of the pool room, but we think guests should be aware prior to arrival incase they are traveling with children who may forget.
-Kitchen: While there are two kitchens in the property, neither is large enough to efficiently cook for a household of this size. Additionally, there is a strange assortment of cooking utensils (ex. we only found an assortment of stock pots to use the stove). Finally, the refrigerator appears to have been turned off prior to our arrival or otherwise failed, which we did not notice until almost $800 worth of groceries had gone bad, which the management company refused to reimburse.

Our entire group visited Snowbird every day to ski or snowbird, and found the property very conveniently located, with a 25min drive to and from Snowbird.After skiing, we used the Pool and Hot Tub every day, which was wonderful.We'll be back!

This is a large property, and for our group size it was perfect. The house itself though is a bit run down on the interior. Cracked counters, lots of dust and mold, warping walls and door frames, etc. Some of the dishes in the pantry were extremely dirty. Somebody from the company came IN the house to take out the trash when we were not home without telling us. We tried to call to report damages with no success. We had one member in our party get a nail stuck in their foot due to a nail sticking out of the floor. Be aware. It's plenty spacious with a nice indoor pool, but other than that, pretty below average.

I brought our Board Of Directos to the draper Pool House and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house gave us multiple options for meeting space and the pool and hot tub were big hits for unwinding. You can't neat the view from the back deck. Highly recommended.

We rented this house for our daughter's wedding,we had 14 relatives staying with us.The management company was very responsive, we got in a couple hours early, had a maintenance issue which they fixed within 2 hours and check out was easy. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone and the kids loved the pool. I would recommend this property if you have a very large group to accommodate.

Never worked and no response to our request for repairs. Don't expect comfy mattresses.Don't assume that black surface is anything other than mold in the many bathrooms. Proceed with caution ⚠️. And try to look beyond themany napkins or cloths that hold up rods, vents in place or gap fillers. The vents, ALL BLACK and filthy. One can smell the musty scent.Don't plan to take a shower or brush your teeth in a tub/sink that drains. Have a strong stomach. We pulled out enough hair and matter to knit a rug. If I could attach the photo I would.Wash every utensil, dish or glass before using. The signage, as mentioned in previous reviews is absolutely ridiculous. Insulting as a matter of fact. Why not provide a manual instead.Most recliners in the media room are broken. It's musical chairs to find one working. The Pros - the house is large.

We had a good experience overall. Loved the indoor pool. It would have been helpful to have a floor plan in advance to figure out where to sleep everyone. The bunk bedrooms off the theater room would be better for teenagers instead of the under ten years old kids we had with us. We would use this house again when our gkids were a little older. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. The full bunk beds were a little rickety waking the kids up at night.

We loved this house because of all the room. It was in a convenient location. Be prepared for a ton of rules posted all over the house. I understand wanting people to take care of your property but warnings and threats on basically every door or wall is a little much. Rooms off of the pool area have poor air circulation and stayed extremely warm. Issues were minor and we could easily deal with them. There was a lot to entertain a large group. The house had plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked. I would definitely recommend this rental for someone needing lots of bedrooms and entertainment for kids.

This was truly an awesome home. Nestled in a regular neighborhood is this beautiful home that is much bigger and full of surprises than you would think. Took my crew on a company retreat and stayed in this home. There was always something to do and enjoy and the space is immaculate and well cared for. Thinking of renting the home for a big family gathering just because it was such a fun home to stay in.

The house delivered as expected. The kitchen could have been a little larger. The movie room was great and a nice size indoor pool and hot tub were nice as well. My only real drawback to the property, was its location. I thought it was much closer to Alta and Snowbird than it actually was. So you do have to travel a distance for skiing.
