Great location! Convenient for restaurant options. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
I expected a full balcony with a chair; but only had space to stand. There was a sports team with their parents staying at the hotel the whole week. They were very disrespectful to other guests; and parents were not supervising. We had kids (upper elementary and junior high) running up and down the halls knocking on doors until late at night, with no supervision. They also took over the pool area and were completely out of control. There was no way we could take my 4-year old grandson down to swim safely. Parents sat out on the balcony chatting and let them run havoc throughout the entire hotel.

I always stay there when in SLC. And the fact that the windows open… i like to be on the third floor with the windows open all night… and the staff is always helpful.
An alternative to cow milk for those of us who cannot have it…

At check in the associate did not read instructions for check in. I had a broken toe and requested ground level for accessible handicapped parking! Associate checked in a person in our party one minute before I was able to park my car and get to check in - with the room I had requested, and the associate could not figure out how to change the reservation or tell the person they just checked in - that THEY made an error. I requested to talk to the manager and all he could do was comp me per night $25 to accommodate the mix up. I had a very difficult stay due to the distance, parking and weather conditions. I would think again before I booked a stay at this hotel.
The check in process and the breakfast was lousy. There were babies crying and very little accommodating seating to eat privately .
