Paradise has been found in this 1900 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa located just steps away from a half mile white sand beach.
Master bedroom with king bed and full en-suite master bath. Has private balcony.
Second master bedroom that can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds. Also has full en-suite master bath. Has private balcony.
Third bedroom that can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds. Also has en-suite full bath. Has a double window.
Access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort include:
Twice daily housekeeping
Concierge & grocery shopping services
3 pools and 2 hot tubs
Children's wading pool
2 beaches
4 restaurants on-site
Fitness center
Spa
Complimentary high speed internet
Tennis courts
For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals and the recently added hotel waterslide pool. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for these two amenities.
If you are looking for additional residences, no worries since we own 11 other residences so we can accommodate large groups!
Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $225 per stay fee for all non-members renting at the Club. Also the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare occupants. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.

We were 3 couples traveling together and this was absolutely perfect! Everything was lovely. Daily activities provided by resort were fantastic.

This was our last family trip before our oldest heads to college. We brought our parents with us as well. The three bedroom villa was perfect for us. The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was super easy for access and needs met. This turned out to be a great decision for the last hoorah. Thank you to everyone at the Resort. You were all so amazingly helpful!

Leah was a great host, good communication. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The hotel is nice, nothing is really stand out. The beach is ok, lot of seaweed. They have drinking water and sun screen around the beach area. At check in, We changed the room from 1st floor to 2nd, however they delivered the luggage’s to wrong room so we had to call a few times until they can get the luggages to our room. We waited over 20 minutes for the golf cart to take us back to the hotel after the boat tour, we had to keep calling.
