About this apartment rental
Newly remodeled 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath condo is your home away from home. With amazing views of the sugary white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico this unit features updated cabinets with granite counters in the kitchen. Here you will find all the standard appliances, with the addition of a flat top range and the items and utensils you need if you are interested in cooking up simple snacks or complex meals, which you can then share at the breakfast bar, which has two modern stools. The living area with ample seating boasts a 50-inch LED TV with Blu-ray DVD player. There is also a heavy wood table with six matching chairs and another table with four chairs on the balcony. Your master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a 32-inch flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD, private access to the balcony and a bathroom with a DOUBLE vanity granite counter - a rare find. The guest room provides a queen-size bed, plenty of storage, a flat screen TV with DVD and a bathroom very similar to the one in the master with granite as well.
Phoenix V is located directly across the street from restaurants and family entertainment and is within short walking distance of several other restaurants, shopping and attractions.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Fix broken elevators

We picked this property because it was on the beach, had a splash pad for kids, and was near other kid-friendly attractions, like the arcade. Our kids (both under 5) loved it and spent a great deal of time using the splash pad. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only reason I’m giving it fours stars instead of five is because one of the bathtubs would take hours to drain. Otherwise great choice that we would be happy to rent again!

Great experience in OB ! My family had a blast. The elevators were the only frustration. Had 2 out of the 4 was difficult at times. Other than that we had a wonderful time

This condo worked just fine for our family, but I will say that it lacked a little in quality compared to other condos we've stayed at with similar pricing. Things like the patio door was pretty difficult to open, the laundry room door kept falling off the track, there was no oven mitt, one of the bar chairs was completely uneven and the kitchen light only worked sometimes. It's also at the very far end of the hotel so expect a decent walk from the elevator and the wi-fi was really slow! But that's just the negative. The tv's were really large and you can't beat that view! Our kids loved the splash pad.
