About this apartment rental
Room updated 2026. Handicap accessible. Enjoy the luxury of relaxation listening to gently breaking waves and tasting the sweet salty breeze from your ocean view balcony/porch, in the comfort of fine beach décor, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, 1 bedroom (sleeps 4 with king bed, and sleeper sofa) and 1 full baths, with amenities including CD stereo, DVD player (upon request), 2 winding lazy rivers and 2 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, indoor pool, fitness room, recreation room with activity director, concierge, internet access, free parking in undercover garage all situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood. All units are very nice and similar in decor. This resort has it all. This is a time share for this property, room # 1312. I have 7 weeks worth of vacation time at this resort of which this is one. My family and I have been down many times. I have never been disappointed. Everything is modern and up to date. I also have a 1 BR unit the same week as a 2 BR unit if you want to have a larger group come. Those weeks are week 27 ( Fri to Fri),room # 1312, 1 BR partial view and room #1501, 2 BR partial view and week 35 ( Fri to Fri), room # 1302, 1 BR partial view, and room #1110, 2 BR Oceanfront. Other 2 BR oceanfront weeks are week 16 ( Fri to Fri), room #1503, and week 41 (Fri to Fri) , room # 1710, and week 14 (Sun to Sun), room #1407.

This place was reslly nice. I was looking for a place for my daughter, mother in law, and i to stay for a long weekend that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg, and this is, was it. When i found the listing. I knew this was it.
The place was easy to find. The owner messaged back in timely matter. The staff there was all super nice and helpful. Only thing that was hard, was checking in was a little crazy, just because it was a busy weekend, but staff was fine. Now, the elevator was super busy, like i said, busy weekend. It was like winning the lottery when you were able to get on an elevator, lol.
This unit was super cozy. Looked that we could see the ocean from our balcony, not full on, but just right so it was not in the sun and could still see and hear the ocean.
Never really figured out the dish washer, kinda weird, got lucy once and was able to get dishes clean, lol.
I want to say thank you to the owner for sharing their place with us and a thank you to the awesome staff on the property. We talked to several different staff in different departments, and everyone was super friendly and took the time out of their day to help.
Totally will return if given the chance.

This place is perfectly situated right on the beach and just a short ride to all kinds of restaurants, stores, and entertainment. The unit was comfortable and concierge front desk was very helpful. Excellent place for a trip to North Myrtle Beach

I would defiantly stay here again, I was able to check in early. The beach access and location was perfect. The condo came with everything you would need. It was clean, updated and spacious. The activities for the children and staff were a plus. Kirk was very responsive and helped answer all of my questions.

I can’t say enough about our stay from the condo to the staff at the property. We love the location of the property because it is so convenient. The condo was very clean and had every thing that we needed. The property was so safe that people left their beach wagons full of gear. We did not see any type of bug anywhere in the facility. Also we were moving from another unit from the previous week and the staff could not have made it any easier for us. We will definitely stay here again.
